Check Measuring Equipment. (a) The Shipper may, on its own account, pay for the installation, operation and maintenance of additional measuring equipment to check the accuracy of the Measuring Equipment (Check Measuring Equipment).
(b) The Check Measuring Equipment must not interfere with the operation of any of the Measuring Equipment, or any other equipment owned or operated by the Transporter, or the provision of Service to other Pipeline Shippers.
(c) If Check Measuring Equipment is to be installed on the Easement, the Shipper and the Transporter will agree the terms which will apply in connection with its installation, operation and maintenance (including access into the Easement and each parties’ obligations and liabilities in respect of such installation, operation and maintenance).
Check Measuring Equipment. (a) The Shipper may, on its own account, pay for the installation, operation and maintenance of additional measuring equipment to check the accuracy of the Service Provider’s Measuring Equipment (Check Measuring Equipment).
(b) The Check Measuring Equipment must not interfere with the operation of any of the Measuring Equipment, or any other equipment owned or operated by the Service Providers, or the provision of Service to Other Shippers.
(c) The Shipper acknowledges and agrees that Check Measuring Equipment, if installed, must be located outside of the Easement.
Check Measuring Equipment. COPANO may install, maintain and operate at its own expense, at or near the Delivery Point hereof, such check measuring equipment as desired; provided, however, that such equipment shall be installed so as not to interfere with the operation of any other measuring equipment. KMTP shall have access to such check measuring equipment at all reasonable times, but the reading, calibration and adjusting thereof and the changing of charts shall be done only by COPANO.
Check Measuring Equipment. Shipper may install, maintain and operate, at the Custody Transfer Point, at its own expense, such check measuring equipment as desired, provided that such equipment shall be so installed as not to interfere with the operation of Union's measuring equipment at or near the Custody Transfer Point, and shall be installed, maintained and operated in conformity with the same standards and specifications applicable to Union's metering facilities.
Check Measuring Equipment. CUSTOMER may install, maintain, and operate, at the interconnection of the COMPANY's Facilities to any Interconnecting Pipeline, at its own expense, such check measuring equipment as desired, provided that such equipment shall be so installed as not to interfere with the operation of the Measuring Equipment at or near the aforementioned interconnection, and shall be installed, maintained and operated in conformity with the same standards and specifications applicable to the Measuring Equipment.
Check Measuring Equipment. Subject to the terms of the electronic interconnect agreement at ELC’s sole election; Customer may install check-measuring equipment at its own cost and expense, provided such equipment shall be so installed as not to interfere with the operations of ELC. The measurement equipment of Customer shall be for check purposes only and, except as expressly provided in the applicable electronic interconnect agreement, shall not be used in the measurement of Gas for purposes of the Agreement.
Check Measuring Equipment. CES or its designee may install, own, maintain and operate, at its sole cost, risk and expense, such check measuring equipment as desired, provided that such equipment shall be so installed as not to interfere with the operation of BAMAGAS measuring equipment at or near a Point of Receipt or Point of Delivery.
Check Measuring Equipment. Customer may install, maintain and operate at its own expense, at or near the Points of Delivery, such check measuring equipment as desired; provided, however, that such equipment shall be installed so as not to interfere with the operation of any other measuring equipment. Eagle Ford shall have access to such check measuring equipment at all reasonable times, but the reading, calibration and adjusting thereof and the changing of charts shall be done only by Customer. Customer will have access to a separate set of taps for check measurement purposes.
Check Measuring Equipment. The Producers jointly may install and operate check measuring equipment within the Custody Transfer Area (as part of Development Work) provided the same does not interfere with the operation of the Pipeline.
Check Measuring Equipment. The Buyer may install and operate check measuring equipment as near as practicable to the Delivery Point provided it does not interfere with the operation of the Export Pipeline or the Metering Equipment.
