CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING. The City Council shall conduct a public hearing before taking final action on a recommendation from the City Manager. Notice of the public hearing shall be provided to the claimant, to owners and occupants of property within 300 feet of the perimeter of the subject property, and neighborhood groups or community organizations officially recognized by the City Council whose boundaries include the subject property. CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING. Petitioner will attend the City Council meeting where the recommendation of the proposed amendment will be considered. The City Council meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month at 7:00pm. City Council will make the final approval of the amendment. The Community Development Director shall determine if an application meets or fails to meet the requirements stated above. If the Director determines that the application is incomplete it will become dormant under these circumstances: • The petitioner has been notified of such deficiencies and has not responded or provided a time line for completing the application within ninety (90) days from the time of notification. • The petitioner has not responded in writing to a request for information or documentation from the initial planning and zoning commission review within six (6) months from the date of that request. • The petitioner has not responded to a request for legal or engineering deposit replenishment for city incurred costs and fees within ninety (90) days from the date of the request. If the Community Development Director has sent the required notice and the petitioner has not withdrawn their application or brought it into compliance, then the director shall terminate the application. After termination, the application shall not be reconsidered except after the filing of a completely new application. Withdrawal or termination of an application shall not affect the petitioner’s responsibility for payment of any costs and fees, or any other outstanding debt owed to the city. The balance of any funds deposited with the city that is not needed to pay for costs and fees shall be returned to the petitioner. CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING. City shall arrange and conduct, and LCOG shall present the Adoption Draft at, a City Council Public Hearing for adoption either in Xxxxxx or online. LCOG shall prepare the staff report and findings. LCOG shall prepare public hearing summary notes.
CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING. Applicant must present the proposed subdivision replat to the City Council. The City Council meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Yorkville City Hall Council Xxxxxxxx. The proposal will be discussed at the City Council hearing where formal voting takes place. City Council will make the final approval of the replatting. Once the final subdivision plat is approved by the City Council and all required documents, bonds, and letters of credit are submitted to the city, the final plat must be recorded with Xxxxxxx County. Submit the final plat mylar to the Deputy Clerk for signatures. When all city signatures are in place, the developer or his surveyor may take the mylar to the Xxxxxxx County Clerk for their signature. The next step is to have six (6) paper prints made and return to the Xxxxxxx County Recorder’s office for recording. Xxxxxxx County requires the mylar and four (4) paper copies. The City of Yorkville requires that you submit two (2) recorded paper copies to the Deputy Clerk.

Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • COMPTROLLER'S APPROVAL In accordance with Section 112 of the State Finance Law (or, if this contract is with the State University or City University of New York, Section 355 or Section 6218 of the Education Law), if this contract exceeds $50,000 (or the minimum thresholds agreed to by the Office of the State Comptroller for certain S.U.N.Y. and C.U.N.Y. contracts), or if this is an amendment for any amount to a contract which, as so amended, exceeds said statutory amount, or if, by this contract, the State agrees to give something other than money when the value or reasonably estimated value of such consideration exceeds $10,000, it shall not be valid, effective or binding upon the State until it has been approved by the State Comptroller and filed in his office. Comptroller's approval of contracts let by the Office of General Services is required when such contracts exceed $85,000 (State Finance Law Section 163.6-a). However, such pre-approval shall not be required for any contract established as a centralized contract through the Office of General Services or for a purchase order or other transaction issued under such centralized contract.

  • Voltage Regulators Whenever the Large Generating Facility is operated in parallel with the New York State Transmission System, the automatic voltage regulators shall be in automatic operation at all times. If the Large Generating Facility’s automatic voltage regulators are not capable of such automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify NYISO, or its designated representative, and ensure that such Large Generating Facility’s real and reactive power are within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility’s generating unit(s) and steady state stability limits and NYISO system operating (thermal, voltage and transient stability) limits. Developer shall not cause its Large Generating Facility to disconnect automatically or instantaneously from the New York State Transmission System or trip any generating unit comprising the Large Generating Facility for an under or over frequency condition unless the abnormal frequency condition persists for a time period beyond the limits set forth in ANSI/IEEE Standard C37.106, or such other standard as applied to other generators in the New York Control Area on a comparable basis.

  • Labour Relations Code The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
