Cleaning and Damage. A standard cleaning fee for the rented spaces is included in the rental fee which includes: o Cleaning bathrooms o Vacuuming o Taking out recycling and trash • The client responsible for the rental of the Aquarium assumes all liability during and as a result of the activity or event. The Aquarium reserves the right to charge the client additional fees as a result of extra security and other Aquarium staff time, excessive cleaning or incurred damage. Any and all damage incurred will be the responsibility of the client and will be subject to forfeiture of the original security deposit in full. Any additional charges deemed necessary to restore the facility and its property to its original condition will be billed. Greeters: • The client is responsible for having a “greeter” at the front entrance of the Aquarium. The greeter is to be in place 15 minutes prior to the start time and remain throughout guests’ arrival. The greeter should welcome the guests, ensure that they are event attendants and inform them of special instructions. Once the event has commenced, the doors will be locked and the greeter no longer needs to remain at the front. The doors must remain locked whenever the front is unattended during the event. Photography: • Photography is limited to the spaces and times rented in this contract unless previously arranged with Aquarium Events Coordinator no later than 14 days prior to rental. Client is responsible for communicating policies to photographer. • Photography sessions on the Aquarium grounds outside of rented hours are available to rent by the hour and can be scheduled through the Aquarium Events Coordinator.
Cleaning and Damage. The student is responsible for keeping the common areas of the apartment building in which the Unit is located and the Unit (and any contents) in good condition and repair. College Village reserves the right to ask students to clean their Units if their condition represents a health and safety concern or will result in the deterioration of the Unit facilities. Failure to cooperate with such request may result in billing to cover College Village costs for cleaning. Damage charges may be assessed to the student for any damages to any Unit, apartment building or Complex common areas incurred during the Term of this Agreement.
Cleaning and Damage a. The Hirer must leave all hired areas in a clean and tidy condition, removing all personal property, and refuse of any kind. The Hirer must dispose of refuse in the waste bins provided. The Hirer will be responsible for, and pay the cost of, any additional cleaning of the hired areas, if the Premises are not left in a neat and tidy condition on departure.
Cleaning and Damage. Deposit Renter agrees to restore the Community Hall to its original standard of cleanliness before term of contract is expired. ADDITIONAL Time Will be Charged $10 an Hour Renter forfeits all or part of the deposit if Hall is damaged or requires further cleaning. If cost of cleaning or repairs exceeds the deposit, the City of Xxxxxx reserves the right to contract for such services as required and deliver a statement of charges for which Xxxxxx is responsible to reimburse the City of Xxxxxx
Cleaning and Damage. It is the responsibility of the renter to return the vehicle as clean as when they received it. It is the responsibility of the renter for any and all damage to the rental during the rental period.
Cleaning and Damage. Lessee shall leave the premises in the condition in which it was found at the beginning of the rental period. The security deposit will be returned within ten (10) working days provided the terms of this agreement have been met. The premises must be cleaned immediately after the event is over and within the rental period. The official contact person making the reservation assumes full responsibility for the conduct of persons in attendance on the contact’s behalf or by their invitation, and also assumes full responsibility for any damages or loss as a result of actions by said persons during their reserved event. Willful and malicious damage will be fully prosecuted. FOOD AND DRINK Food and Non-Alcoholic drinks are the responsibility of the Lessee. NO OUTSIDE alcohol is allowed on the premises. Any visitor found with an outside alcohol product will be asked to leave the premises. ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERAGE DRINKING WILL BE PERMITTED on or around the premises. The adult guests should be mindful and supportive of preventing underage drinking. The winery has the right to ask the entire party to leave if a minor is seen consuming alcohol or shows signs of intoxication. You may bring in your own food purchased from another establishment/store to serve or a hire a caterer to serve your party. At this time, we do not require you to use a preferred caterer. It is your responsibility to inform your caterer of the policies outlined in this contract. We do not supply paper goods, plastic xxxx, cups etc. We have items for rental or you may bring in all supplies needed for your event. In addition to wine, we sell bottled water.
Cleaning and Damage. 19. You agree to return the garment to That Dress Hire in the condition it was provided to you.

Please report any damage in the damages book which will be kept in a designated place. The completed record should be brought to the attention of a nominated Trustee Storage The hirer cannot store any equipment on the premises without permission.
Cleaning and Damage. I will be responsible for all cleaning up after my assistance animal, including the sanitary disposal of all waste. I will ensure that my assistance animal uses the designated outdoor location for all bathroom use.

Use of the Premises and facilities is subject to users accepting responsibility for returning furniture and equipment to their original position, and for securing doors and windows of the Premises as directed by the RJ4All. All users must also leave the Premises and surrounds in a clean and tidy condition. Any damage to the Premises caused or discovered during a period of use, whether or not the user was at fault, must be reported by the user to the RJ4All as soon as possible (please find the contact details for the RJ4All below).
