Clothing and Special Equipment. 10.01 (a) The Employer shall supply employees with all such clothing and equipment as is required in the course of performing employment duties. This shall include any clothing and equipment as may be required under the Occupational Health & Safety Act, and its regulations. Re- placement clothing and equipment shall not be unreasonably denied. The Employee has an obligation to advise the Employer of any re- placement needs. Clothing and Special Equipment. 7.01 The Company shall supply employees with rubber coats, hats, gloves, and rubber boots where necessary for their protection during working hours, and the equipment shall be kept in good order and replaced when necessary. The employee operating the breaker gun shall be supplied with overalls and mitts if requested. All such equipment shall be furnished by the Company.
Clothing and Special Equipment. 7.01 The Company shall supply employees with hats, gloves and rubber boots and safety equipment except safety boots where necessary for their protection during working hours, and the equipment shall be kept in good order and replaced when necessary.

  • Special Equipment The Employer agrees to provide specialty tools, emergency supplies/equipment, testing equipment and safety equipment as needed to perform required duties as determined and authorized by the Chief or designee. The emergency supplies/equipment will include appropriate survival provisions and equipment for each permanent Maintenance Mechanic 4 and the Law Enforcement Communications Systems Supervisor when they are performing duties that would require such provisions and equipment. When necessary, the employer will replenish used or expired survival provisions and damaged and unusable equipment. All supplies and equipment will be returned to the employer when the employee is no longer performing the duties that would require the survival provisions and/or equipment.

  • Protective Clothing and Equipment The Employer recognizes the safety concerns of all staff and shall provide all employees whose work requires them to wear protective equipment with the necessary equipment and protective clothing. This committee may make recommendations on such equipment (e.g., gloves, long sleeved gowns, masks, goggles). These shall be maintained and replaced, where necessary, at the Employer's expense. Where the committee recommends the wearing of such protective clothing and equipment, and the Employer implements such recommendation, employees are obligated to comply with such recommendation(s).

  • CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT Exhibitor and its agents shall not injure or deface any part of the Exhibit Hall, the booths or booth contents or Show equipment and decor. If Exhibitor causes any such damage, Exhibitor shall be liable to the owner of the property so damaged.
