Co-operation with Other Contractors. Without limiting clause 8.16(a)(iii), the Contractor must: permit Other Contractors to carry out their work; fully co-operate with Other Contractors; carefully co-ordinate and interface the Contractor's Activities with the work carried out or to be carried out by Other Contractors; and carry out the Contractor's Activities so as to avoid inconveniencing, interfering with, disrupting or delaying the work of Other Contractors.
Co-operation with Other Contractors. 15.1 The Services Recipient may, at any time, perform itself, or retain other providers of services of goods or services (“Services Recipient’s Contractors”) to perform, any services, including any services related to the Services.
15.2 The Services Provider shall co-operate with and co-ordinate its provision of the Services with the performance of services by the Services Recipient and the Services Recipient’s Contractors.
15.3 The Services Provider shall supply relevant correspondence, access to systems and facilities and such information as the Services Recipient and the Services Recipient’s Contractors may reasonably require in order to enable them to provide their goods or services.
15.4 The parties agree that any obligation imposed on the Services Recipient pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been fulfilled by the Services Recipient to the extent that such obligations have been fulfilled by the Services Recipient’s Contractor.
Co-operation with Other Contractors. Without limiting clause 8.16(a)(iii), the Subcontractor must: permit Other Contractors to carry out their work; fully co-operate with Other Contractors; carefully co-ordinate and interface the Subcontractor’s Activities with the work carried out or to be carried out by Other Contractors; and carry out the Subcontractor’s Activities so as to avoid inconveniencing, interfering with, disrupting or delaying the work of Other Contractors. The Subcontractor must: set out the Subcontract Works in accordance with the requirements of the Subcontract; and carry out any survey which may be necessary for this purpose.
Co-operation with Other Contractors. 16.1 TBIS may, at any time, perform itself, or retain other providers of services of goods or services (“TBIS’ Contractors”) to perform, any services, including any services related to the Services.
16.2 eSpeed shall co-operate with and co-ordinate its provision of the Services with the performance of services by TBIS and TBIS’s Contractors.
16.3 eSpeed shall supply relevant correspondence, access to systems and facilities and such information as TBIS and TBIS’s Contractors may reasonably require in order to enable them to provide their goods or services.
16.4 The parties agree that any obligation imposed on TBIS pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been fulfilled by TBIS to the extent that such obligations have been fulfilled by TBIS’s Contractor.
Co-operation with Other Contractors. The Contractor acknowledges that the Purchaser will have other works, including works at the Site or adjacent thereto, carried out by other contractors employed by the Purchaser concurrently with the Works and that it is of paramount importance that all works thereon are fully and completely coordinated in view of their concurrent and sequential nature. The Purchaser shall provide to the Contractor at least 14 (fourteen) days' prior notice of the commencement of works to be done by other contractors. The Contractor shall liaise with and cooperate fully with these other contractors for the construction, commissioning and testing of the Biodiesel Project so as to facilitate the coordination by the Engineer with such contractors. The Contractor shall, to the extent the Contractor's schedule is not adversely impacted, provide to the Engineer for the purpose of coordinating with the other contractors at least 30 (thirty) days prior notice of the commencement of commissioning and validation work. The Contractor shall cooperate fully with the other contractors and the Purchaser in all such aspects.
Co-operation with Other Contractors. The Contractor shall conduct the work in such manner as not to interfere with other work being done by the City, by contract or otherwise, and if deemed necessary by the Commissioner, the work under this contract shall conform to the progress of said other work; shall co-operate with other contractors or employees who may be doing work for the City, and with public service corporations affected by the work, in arranging for storage places, connections, bracings, temporary support for structures, repairs, etc.
Co-operation with Other Contractors. (a) Without limiting clause 8.14, the Participants must:
(i) permit Other Contractors to carry out their work;
(ii) fully co-operate with Other Contractors;
(iii) carefully coordinate and interface the Alliance Activities with the work carried out or to be carried out by Other Contractors; and
(iv) carry out the Alliance Activities so as to minimise any interfering with, disrupting or delaying the work of Other Contractors.
(b) We will use best endeavours to ensure that each of the Other Contractors that undertakes Other Contractor Work executes a deed poll in favour of the Principal Contractor and TfNSW in the form set out in Schedule 33.
Co-operation with Other Contractors. Where Goods or services are to be supplied to or by third parties, whether nominated by the Company or the Contractor, the Contractor must co-operate with Sub-Contractors, suppliers and the Company’s other contractors and give them any information or data necessary or expedient to ensure proper performance of their respective work.
Co-operation with Other Contractors. The Contractor must:
(a) permit Other Contractors to carry out their work;
(b) fully co-operate with Other Contractors;
(c) carefully co-ordinate and interface the Contractor's Activities with the work carried out or to be carried out by Other Contractors in a manner that:
(i) is seamless;
(ii) integrates, where applicable, with the services, works, activities and deliverables that the Contractor and any Other Contractors will provide; and
(iii) minimises the need for the Principal to be involved in resolving problems or managing the tasks that the Contractor and Other Contractor perform; and
(d) carry out the Contractor's Activities so as to avoid interfering with, disrupting or delaying the work of Other Contractors.
Co-operation with Other Contractors. During the progress of this Contract, work may be undertaken by others in the vicinity of the works. Access to the existing landfill cell must be maintained at all times between 8am to 5pm daily for waste contractors. It is expected that the Contractor will liaise with others concerning access, construction schedules, etc. and should at all times co-operate with other personnel in the execution of their work. The Contractor shall avoid interference with the work being carried out by others in the vicinity of the site and shall co-operate in order to prevent any delays to the progress of the project. Should the Contractor damage any adjacent work being carried out by others, he shall at his own expense make good such damage as directed by the Superintendent.
