Commencement of Pregnancy Leave i) The pregnant employee shall advise the Employer a minimum of three (3) weeks in advance of the date on which the pregnancy leave of absence is to commence.
Commencement of Pregnancy Leave. An Employee may begin pregnancy leave no earlier than seventeen (17) weeks before the expected birth date of the child.
Commencement of Pregnancy Leave i) Employees will notify the Company at least three (3) weeks in advance of the date on which the employee intends to begin their leave of absence. An employee may alter, but only once, the date of commencement of their leave of absence by providing written notice to the Company no later than two (2) weeks prior to the date they originally wished to commence their leave of absence. Should the employee suffer mental or physical illness as a result of pregnancy they shall, on the recommendations of their physician, commence leave of absence immediately.
