COMMITMENTS BY THE RECIPIENT a) The Recipient will complete the Project in a diligent and timely manner, within the costs and deadlines specified in this Agreement and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Recipient will be responsible for all costs of the Project including cost over runs, if any.
b) The Applicant shall use or engage qualified project management for the duration of the Project. Only with the written approval of the Province may an Applicant manage the Project with its own staff.
c) The Recipient acknowledges that funding that may be received for the Project is not intended to replace or displace existing sources of funding for Recipient expenditures on the Project. As such, over the term of this Agreement, the Recipient will ensure that the Eligible Expenditures on the Project complies with the condition of Project Incrementality.
d) The Recipient will ensure that it has provided proof, in a manner acceptable to Canada and the Province, that the Project complies with the condition of Project Incrementality and the Recipient shall sign a Schedule G (Attestation for Project Incrementality) to be submitted with the final claim form.
e) The Recipient will ensure that the Project will be completed by March 31, 2019 and will provide to the Province a duly executed Schedule F (Declaration of Substantial Completion) to be submitted with the final claim form.
f) The Recipient will be responsible for any costs associated with a Project that are found to be in non-compliance with the definition of Project Incrementality, as well as any costs of a withdrawn or cancelled Project and agrees to repay the Province any and all such disallowed costs, surpluses, unexpended contributions, and overpayments made under and according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
g) The Recipient will be responsible for ensuring the implementation, operation, maintenance, and repair of the Assets and infrastructure investment that is the subject of this Agreement, in accordance with appropriate standards, for its full lifecycle.
h) The Recipient will inform the Province immediately of any fact or event that may compromise wholly, or in part, a Project.
i) The Recipient will ensure that prior to the commencement of the Project and throughout the term of this Agreement, it shall have in place the insurance policies set out in Section 5.3 (Insurance).
COMMITMENTS BY THE RECIPIENT a) The Recipient will inform Canada promptly should it no longer meet the Eligibility Criteria.
b) The Recipient will complete the Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
c) The Recipient will repay to Canada any and all overpayments made under and according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
d) The Recipient will inform Canada immediately should it no longer be able to meet the terms and conditions of this Agreement or of any fact or event that could compromise wholly or in part the Project

c) The Recipient will ensure that the Project will be completed by the Project End Date as stated in Schedule B {Statement of Work) and will provide the Province a duly executed Schedule F {Declaration of Substantial Completion) to be submitted with the final claim form.
COMMITMENTS BY THE RECIPIENT a) The Recipient will complete the Project in a diligent and timely manner, within the costs and deadlines specified in this Agreement and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
b) The Recipient will be responsible for all costs of the Project including cost overruns, if any.
c) The Recipient will inform Canada promptly of the Total Financial Assistance received or due for the Project.
d) The Recipient will repay to Canada any payment received for disallowed costs, unexpended contributions and overpayments made under and according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
e) The Recipient will ensure the ongoing operation, maintenance, and repair of any Asset in relation to the Project, as per appropriate standards, for its full lifecycle of twenty (20) years.
f) Canada may request that the Recipient declare to Canada any amounts owing to the federal Crown, under legislation or contribution agreements that constitute an overdue debt. The Recipient recognizes that any such amount owing is a debt due to the federal Crown and may be set-off by Canada in accordance with Section 18.6 (Set-off by Canada).
g) The Recipient will inform Canada immediately of any fact or event that could compromise wholly or in part the Project.
h) Upon Canada’s request and throughout the term of the Agreement, the Recipient will promptly provide Canada with updates to the Project status and the Project expenditures and forecasts set out in Schedule B (The Project).
COMMITMENTS BY THE RECIPIENT a) The Recipient will ensure the Project is completed in a diligent and timely manner, as per the Project Details outlined in Schedule B, within the costs and deadlines specified in this Agreement and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
b) The Recipient will be responsible for all costs of the Project including cost overruns, if any.
c) The Recipient will be responsible for any and all costs associated with the Project should the Project be withdrawn or cancelled, and the Recipient will repay to Canada any payment received for disallowed costs and all ineligible costs, surpluses, unexpended contributions, and overpayments made under and according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
d) The Recipient will ensure that the greenhouse gas emissions assessment that includes a cost-per-tonne calculation for the Project is completed to Canada’s satisfaction and submitted to Canada within six months of the Effective Date and prior to Canada flowing funds, unless otherwise required by Canada.
e) The Recipient will report on community employment benefits provided to at least three federal target groups (apprentices, Indigenous peoples, women, persons with disabilities, veterans, youth, recent immigrants, or small- and medium-sized enterprises and social enterprises) and submit to Canada with annual updates until Project completion as per paragraph 9.
COMMITMENTS BY THE RECIPIENT. The Recipient will complete the Project in a diligent and timely manner, within the costs and deadlines specified in this Agreement and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
COMMITMENTS BY THE RECIPIENT a) The Recipient agrees to be responsible for the complete, diligent and timely Project Implementation, within the costs and deadlines specified in this Agreement and in accordance with all other terms of this Agreement, and for all the costs thereof including overruns, if any.
b) The Recipient shall assume full responsibility for the operation, maintenance and repair of the infrastructure investment that is the subject of this agreement, as per appropriate standards, for the full lifecycle of the infrastructure.
COMMITMENTS BY THE RECIPIENT a) The Recipient will ensure that BCTC attains complete, diligent and timely Project Implementation, within the costs and deadlines specified in this Agreement and in accordance with all other terms of this Agreement, and the Recipient will be responsible for all the costs of the Project including cost overruns, if any.
b) The Recipient will ensure that the Project is operated, maintained and repaired by BCTC as per appropriate standards, for its full lifecycle
COMMITMENTS BY THE RECIPIENT a) The Recipient will complete the Project in a diligent and timely manner as per applicable standards and within the costs and deadlines specified in this Agreement and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
b) The Recipient will be responsible for all costs of the Project including cost overruns, if any.
c) The Recipient will inform Canada promptly of the Total Financial Assistance received or due for the Project.
d) The Recipient will repay to Canada any and all disallowed costs, surpluses, unexpended contributions, and overpayments made under and according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
e) The Recipient will ensure the ongoing operation, maintenance, and repair of any Asset, as per appropriate standards, during the Asset Disposal Period.
f) Canada may request that the Recipient declare to Canada any amounts owing to the federal Crown, under legislation or contribution agreements, which constitute an overdue debt. The Recipient recognizes that any such amount owing is a debt due to the federal Crown and may be set-off by Canada in accordance with Subsection 17.5 (Set-off by Canada).
g) The Recipient will inform Canada immediately of any fact or event that could compromise wholly or in part the Project.
h) The Recipient will inform Canada promptly of any planned changes to the Project. The Recipient agrees that any changes to the Project will require Canada’s consent, which may be subject to terms and conditions, and a corresponding amendment to the Agreement.
COMMITMENTS BY THE RECIPIENT a) The Recipient will be responsible for the complete, diligent and timely implementation of the Projects, within the costs and deadlines specified in this Agreement and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Recipient will be responsible for all costs of the Projects including cost overruns, if any. Canada acknowledges that the Recipient may enter into agreements with Third Parties to meet this responsibility.
b) The Recipient will repay to Canada any and all disallowed costs, surpluses, unexpended contributions, and overpayments made under and according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
c) Canada may request that the Recipient declare to Canada any amounts owing to the federal Crown, under legislation or contribution agreements that constitute an overdue debt. The Recipient recognizes that any such amount owing is a debt due to the federal Crown and may be set-off by Canada in accordance with Section 20.6 (Set-off by Canada).
d) The Recipient will notify Canada if a Project will not or will likely not be completed by the Project Completion Date at least thirty (30) days before the Project Completion Date.
e) The Recipient will notify Canada of any change to a Project described in Schedule B (The Projects) within thirty (30) days of its decision to make that change.
