COMMUNICATION WITH UNIT MEMBERS. ‌ A. The Association representatives shall make a presentation about the Association during any new Unit Member orientation program. B. The Association shall be permitted to make announcements at general staff meetings, building meetings, and total staff meetings, with prior notification to the administrator holding the meeting. C. The Association shall have the right to utilize the mailboxes and electronic mail of Unit Members. Placement of materials in mailboxes will be made by the building representative or his/her designee. D. The Board shall provide the Association President with the names, addresses, building assignments, and phone numbers of all bargaining Unit Members. E. Board may allow the use of facilities for one (1) Association meeting during the contracted Unit Member work day with the permission of the Superintendent. Said meeting will not interrupt nor interfere with class instructional time.
