Compliance with Law and Safety a. Tenant shall observe and comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, codes and regulations of governmental agencies, including federal, state, municipal and local governing bodies having jurisdiction over any or all of the Tenant's activities, including all provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1979 and all amendments thereto, and all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local safety regulations. All Tenant's activities must be in accordance with these laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations.
Compliance with Law and Safety. 14.1. Customer warrants that the Products tendered by it have been produced, transported, and handled, and Owner warrants that the services provided by it under this Agreement, are in full compliance with all Applicable Law. Each Party also warrants that it may lawfully receive and handle such Products, and it will furnish to the other Party any evidence required to provide compliance with Applicable Law and to file with applicable Governmental Authorities reports evidencing such compliance.
Compliance with Law and Safety. Customer warrants that the Biomass tendered by it is produced and transported, and Owner warrants that the Terminal and the Terminal Services provided by it under this Agreement are, in material compliance with all applicable Laws and the then-current version of NFPA 664: Standard for the Prevention of Fires and Explosions in Wood Processing and Woodworking Facilities or any successor publication. Each Party also warrants that it may lawfully receive and handle the Biomass, and it will furnish to the other Party any evidence required to provide compliance with such Laws, and will file with governmental agencies any required reports evidencing such compliance with those Laws.
Compliance with Law and Safety. Each Party and its Personnel shall perform their duties and exercise their rights under the Agreement in compliance with Law. Each Party and its Personnel shall always consider Patient safety in taking any action under the Agreement.
Compliance with Law and Safety. 14.1. Customer warrants that the Stock delivered by it to the Refinery is produced, transported, and handled are in full compliance with all statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and directives of federal, state, or local authority (“laws”), including those applicable to environmental pollution, and all presidential proclamations that apply to either Party. Customer also warrants that the Product tendered to it by Owner at the Refinery is transported and handled in full compliance with all laws, including those applicable to environmental pollution, and all presidential proclamations that apply to either Party.
Compliance with Law and Safety a. Contractor shall keep itself fully informed of and in compliance with all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations in any manner affecting the performance of the Project or the Services, including all Cal/OSHA requirements, and shall give all notices required by law. Contractor shall be liable for all violations of such laws and regulations in connection with Services. If the Contractor performs any work knowing it to be contrary to such laws, rules and regulations and without giving written notice to the District, Contractor shall be solely responsible for all costs arising there from. District is a public entity of the State of California subject to certain provisions of the Health & Safety Code, Government Code, Public Contract Code, and Labor Code of the State. It is stipulated and agreed that all provisions of the law applicable to the public contracts of a municipality are a part of this Contract to the same extent as though set forth herein and will be complied with. These include but are not limited to the payment of prevailing wages, the stipulation that eight (8) hours’ labor shall constitute a legal day’s work and that no worker shall be permitted to work in excess of eight (8) hours during any one calendar day except as permitted by law. Contractor shall defend, indemnify and hold District, its officials, directors, officers, employees and agents free and harmless, pursuant to the indemnification provisions of this Agreement, from any claim or liability arising out of any failure or alleged failure to comply with such laws, rules or regulations.
Compliance with Law and Safety. Purchaser agrees to, and agrees to causes its employees, agents, contractors or representatives to, perform and conduct any and all of its activities pursuant to this Agreement with due diligence and care, and in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with all applicable law. In addition, at all times during which Purchaser, or Purchaser’s employees, agents, contractors or representatives have accessed or are conducting operations on any Supplier’s property pursuant to Section 8(a) above, Purchaser covenants and agrees to strictly comply, and to cause its employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or representatives to strictly comply, in all respects with the Suppliers’ “Crude Oil Purchasing & Hauling Safety Requirements” and the “Crude Oil Truck Loading Procedures” set forth on Schedule 8(b) attached hereto. Purchaser agrees to obtain all permits and licenses required for the Purchaser’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement and to pay all taxes, licenses, and fees levied or assessed on Purchaser in connection with or incident to the performance of this Agreement by any governmental agency.
Compliance with Law and Safety. 13.1. Customer warrants that the Products tendered by it are produced, transported, and handled and Operator warrants that the services provided by it under this Agreement, are in full compliance with all statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and directives of federal, state, or local authority (“laws”), including those applicable to environmental pollution, and all presidential proclamations that apply to either Party. Each Party also warrants that it may lawfully receive and handle such Products, and it will furnish to the other Party any evidence required to provide compliance with such laws and to file with governmental agencies reports evidencing such compliance with those laws. EXHIBIT 10.29 [***] Represents material which has been redacted and filed separately with the Commission pursuant to a request for confidential treatment pursuant to Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended 13.2. Customer certifies, on behalf of itself, its employees, agents, and contractors that all vehicles and vessels used in connection with this Agreement will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and that they will comply with Operator’s safety rules. Customer will furnish Operator with information (including Material Safety Data Sheet) concerning the safety and health aspects of Products stored under this Agreement. Operator will communicate such information to all persons who may be exposed to or may handle such Products, including without limitation, Operator’s employees, agents and contractors.
Compliance with Law and Safety. 18.1 Customer warrants that the Product and Additives tendered by it have been and will be produced, transported and handled in full compliance with all Applicable Law. Owner warrants that the Services provided by it under this Agreement are and will be in full compliance with all Applicable Law. Each Party also warrants that it may lawfully receive and handle the Product, and it will furnish to the other Party any evidence required to provide compliance with Applicable Law and to file with applicable Governmental Authorities reports evidencing such compliance with Applicable Law.

Owner covenants that the services provided by it under this Agreement will be in full compliance with all Applicable Law. Each Party also covenants that it may lawfully receive and handle the Product, and it will furnish to the other Party any evidence required to provide compliance with Applicable Law and to file with applicable Governmental Authorities reports evidencing such compliance with Applicable Law.
