Compliance with Laws and Directions. While carrying out the Supplier's Activities, the Supplier must:
(a) acquire and maintain all Authorisations necessary for the performance of the Supplier's Activities;
(b) ensure that the Supplier's Activities comply with all applicable Laws (including all applicable Australian Laws, even if the Supplier is not domiciled in Australia); and
(c) comply with any reasonable directions made by the Customer in relation to the Supplier's Activities.
Compliance with Laws and Directions. You must follow all reasonable directions of the Promoter and any of its directors, officers, employees, personnel, agents, contractors and sub-contractors, as well as any Venue staff (“Event Staff”), including but not limited to security, bar and traffic management personnel and directions conveyed on signage at the Event Site, and comply with all applicable laws (including regulations) at all times before, during, and directly after the Event (including but not limited to liquor licensing, smoking laws and regulations and complying with total fire ban requirements). The Promoter may authorise or instruct, in its absolute discretion, Event Staff to carry out or perform any of the obligations or functions of the Promoter in connection with the Event. In the case of an emergency or serious injury, you must follow all official directions of or authorised by the Promoter, security staff and emergency services personnel. Whilst awaiting entry to the Event, attending the Event and exiting the Event, you agree to comply with any physical distancing orders or other health orders in force at the time of the Event for the purposes of preventing the spread of COVID-19 and any reasonable directions or instructions given by the Promoter in relation to the same. You must be aged 18 years or over to attend the Event. You must provide current and valid photographic identification documents being either an Australian driver’s licence, a Victorian proof of age card or an equivalent from another state or territory of Australia, a Keypass card or an Australian or foreign passport to the satisfaction of the Promoter and/or Event Staff to verify that you are aged 18 years or over (“Valid Photo ID”) and may be required to provide Valid Photo ID at various times during the Event. The Promoter reserves the right to, and to authorise or instruct Event Staff to, refuse entry or evict any person from the Event Site that: fails to comply with the Event Terms; is under the age of 18; is unable to provide Valid Photo ID; appears to be unwell or is showing symptoms (including mild presentations) of a contagious disease; refuses to be searched or is in possession of any Prohibited Item; engages in any illegal activity or behaviour or any activity or behaviour deemed in the Promoter’s absolute discretion to be unsafe, disorderly or antisocial, including, but not limited to being intoxicated or affected by alcohol or drugs; crowd surfing, moshing or stage diving; entering non-public or des...

Compliance with Laws and Directions. 1. The Licensee shall comply with the Act, SI 445 of 2000, SI 60 of 2005, the Infrastructure Agreement and the Conditions of this Licence and all relevant EU laws.
2. For the purposes of SI 445 of 2000, SI 60 of 2005, the Act, the Infrastructure Agreement, this Licence and/or the Transmission System Owner’s licence, the Commission shall issue a direction on any dispute between the Transmission System Operator and the Transmission System Owner and the Licensee shall comply with such direction.
3. The Licensee shall comply with any requirements, directions or determinations made by the Commission pursuant to the Act, SI 445 of 2000, SI 60 of 2005, the Infrastructure Agreement or this Licence.
4. Any costs associated with compliance with this Condition shall be the responsibility of the Licensee.
5. The Licensee shall monitor and keep a record of its compliance with this Licence.

For the purposes of SI 445 of 2000, SI 60 of 2005, the Act, the Single Market Regulations, the Infrastructure Agreement, this Licence and/or the Transmission System Owner’s licence, the Commission shall issue a direction on any dispute between the Transmission System Operator and the Transmission System Owner and the Licensee shall comply with such direction.

Compliance with Laws and Directions. 10.1 The Vendor must supply the Goods and provide the Services to GOI in accordance with: (a) all applicable Laws, including (without limitation) Laws relating to occupational health and safety and chain of responsibility; and (b) any reasonable directions given by or on behalf of GOI from time to time.

16.3 Subject to clause 16.2, the Service Provider must obtain at its expense all necessary permits, licences, approvals, consents and authorities required for the Park Services including any necessary planning permit, and must at its own expense comply on time with any lawful conditions of such permits, licences, approvals, consents, authorities.
16.4 If Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx consents to the Service Provider's application for any licence, permit or consent under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic), the Service Provider must comply with all requirements of Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx including signing any future agreement containing additional covenants on the part of the Service Provider to be performed and observed.
16.5 The Service Provider must comply with all reasonable requests or directions given by Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx in relation to the provision of the Park Services and the management, safety, care or cleanliness of the Site(s) or Park or users of the Site(s) or Park(s) including the provision of any information or documentation reasonably requested and must meet with Parks Xxxxxxxx’s authorised representative upon request including to discuss the delivery of the Park Services, customer feedback and emergency management arrangements.
Compliance with Laws and Directions. 1The Vendor must supply the Goods and provide the Services to AGW in accordance with: (a) all applicable Laws, including (without limitation) Laws relating to occupational health and safety and chain of responsibility; and (b) any reasonable directions given by or on behalf of AGW from time to time.
