Construction of the Project Facilities. 11.4.1 On or after the Appointed Date, the Concessionaire shall undertake the Construction Works in conformity with the Specification and Standard as per AERB guidelines, Applicable Laws and Good Industry Practice and shall complete the same within 12 (twelve) months from the Appointed Date (the “Schedule Completion Date”) and the Concessionaire agrees and undertakes that the Construction Works shall be completed on or before the Schedule Completion Date. The Concessionaire shall construct, procure, install and establish the Project Facility(s) , including the basic and detailed design, construction, testing and commissioning in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, including the Project Plan, the applicable specifications and standards, Applicable Permits, Applicable Laws including the applicable architectural controls, building byelaws and zoning requirements terms of clearances and Good Industry Practice and after obtaining sanction to the building plan etc. with design plans and specifications from the proper municipality or other authority, at its own expenses.
Construction of the Project Facilities. (a) The Concessionaire shall take all actions necessary to achieve the Construction Start Date not later than ten (10) Days after the Financial Closing.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter.   • Completion of the Project The Contracting Party shall complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Improvements in accordance with the Plans and submit to the Board a Certificate of Completion on or before November 1, 2016.

  • Execution of the Project Section 3.01. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, banking, accounting and environmental practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

  • Construction of Project 11.1.1 Developer agrees to cause the Project to be developed, constructed, and installed in accordance with the terms hereof and the Construction Provisions set forth in Exhibit D, including those things reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents as being within the scope of the Project and necessary to produce the stated result even though no mention is made in the Contract Documents.
