Consultant Role. The Project will use consultant services to perform technical analysis related to the Rural Housing Planning Project. The consultant is expected to provide technical analysis related development feasibility and engineering and/or structural plans. The consultant is expected to attend regular meetings of the TAC and to assist local planning staff in presentations to planning commissions and elected officials.
Consultant Role. During the Term (as defined below), Consultant hereby agrees to perform, and to hold himself available to provide, upon reasonable request, such reasonable part-time services from time to time or at any time as reasonably requested by Company, Company’s management and/or Board. Consultant shall not be required to spend any specific periods of time at the offices or premises of Company or elsewhere, but shall be available to consult with the management and Board at mutually convenient times and places upon reasonable advance notice to Consultant. Any requested services, when practicable, may be provided by telephone, electronically, video conference, written correspondence, e-mail or other means of off-site communication as mutually determined appropriate by Company and Consultant.
Consultant Role. The Project will use consultant services to perform community engagement. The consultant is expected to conduct stakeholder interviews, conduct focus groups, organize community meetings and generally advise on the BIPOC community outreach strategy.
Consultant Role. Consultant acknowledges that the Developer does not direct the day to day tasks of Consultant. Consultant is an independent contractor that can work at his own pace to complete projects and is liable for its own negligent actions, taxes and insurance. Consultant cannot bind Developer unless directed to do so in writing and is not an Agent of Developer.
Consultant Role. It is recognized that the Consultant will work closely with the town staff and the Planning Board. It is agreed that neither the Consultant, its agents or employees nor anyone sub-contracted by the consultant shall have the authority pursuant to this agreement to be a Town spokesperson for any aspect of work covered by this scope. However, it is agreed, that upon request of the Town, the Consultant will have the authority to comment and discuss the project with others as deemed necessary by the Town.
Consultant Role. The Project consultant will be the Green Cities class, with a final report prepared by Xxx Xxxxxxxx their instructor.
Consultant Role. The Project will employ LCOG consultant services to perform technical analyses related to Task 2 (Wetland & Riparian Area Inventory & Assessment), Task 3 (Develop Protection Measures), and Task 4 (Prepare Adoption-Ready Inventory & Assessment & Policy Language)). LCOG staff will assist in presentations to the public, and may provide assistance in presentations to the Planning Commission and elected officials.
Consultant Role. The Project will use consultant services to advise on methodology and some components of analysis required for The City of Portland Housing Needs Analysis. The consultant is expected to attend regular meetings of the TAC and to assist local planning staff in presentations to planning commissions and elected officials.
Consultant Role. The Project will use consultant services to perform community outreach and involvement related to the objectives bulleted below and draft a range of development code amendment alternatives that meet statutory requirements of HB 2001. Consultant is expected to facilitate regular meetings of the TAC (4), to facilitate public open houses (2), and to present to the Planning Commission and City Council (2 each). Consultant will create community outreach plans for the significant Latinx and Russian communities in Woodburn. Consultant will also create a digital survey for residents to access online during the Project.
Consultant Role. The Project will use consultant services to perform technical analysis related to creating the housing development district under ORS Chapter 457. The consultant is expected to provide data gathering, analysis and written materials in support of the TAC and CAC meetings (three meetings to be held in John Day); prepare all documentation needed for the Urban Renewal Plan and Urban Renewal Report; develop all supporting documentation in accordance with ORS Chapter 457 and prepare such for transmittal and approval by the state. The consultant will attend meetings of the TAC and to assist local planning staff in presentations to the planning commission and city council. The consultant will prepare presentations for the initial CAC meeting, including: preparing the first draft of the presentation, making revisions based on city manager’s comments; developing a Question and Answer document on the proposed Urban Renewal Plan; John Day Urban Renewal Plan and John Day Urban Renewal Report; briefing memo for CAC meeting #2; John Day Urban Renewal Agency Report; John Day Planning Commission Report; taxing jurisdictions memorandum (this doubles as the report for the Grant County Commission); Xxxx Day City Council Report; Xxxx Day City Council Ordinance; public meeting and hearing notices; notice of adoption; and letter of transmittal to the County Assessor/Recorder.
