Consultant's Specified Services. Consultant shall perform the services described in Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (hereinafter "Scope of Work"), and within the times or by the dates provided for in Exhibit “A” and pursuant to Article 7,
Consultant's Specified Services. Consultant shall perform the services described in Exhibit A (Scope of Work), within the times or by the dates provided for in Exhibit A and pursuant to Article 9 (Prosecution of Work). In the event of a conflict between the body of this Agreement and Exhibit A, the provisions in the body of this Agreement shall control.
Consultant's Specified Services. Consultant shall perform canine training services pursuant to the terms and conditions described in Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (hereinafter "Scope of Work"), and within the times or by the dates provided for in Exhibit “A” and pursuant to Article 7, Prosecution of Work. Consultant shall prepare and complete the canine training evaluation forms attached hereto as Exhibit “B” at the conclusion of each monthly proficiency training session for each canine and handler unit trained pursuant to the Agreement. Consultant shall provide completed training evaluation forms attached hereto as Exhibit “C”, Exhibit “D”, and Exhibit “E” at the conclusion of each proficiency training session for each patrol master protection canine course, each narcotic/gun detection canine and handler, and each explosive detection canine and handler unit trained under this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between an exhibit and the body of this Agreement, the body of this Agreement shall control.
Consultant's Specified Services. Consultant shall perform services described in Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (hereinafter "Scope of
Consultant's Specified Services. Consultant shall perform the following services and provide the described software, including a copy of the source code to the software, within the times or by the dates provided below and pursuant to Article 7. Consultant shall provide all necessary manpower and equipment required to carry out the requested services in a professional and expeditious manner. Requested services may include, but are not limited to, the following:
a. Development of a database system to manage the SCEIP application process and customer data. This database will likely be integrated with existing County systems; therefore, development may require consultation with County Information Systems staff to ensure proper end-product specifications and design.
b. Assistance with back-end website maintenance for the SCEIP website and database, as requested by the County including changes to the website and database such as design changes, page layout changes, and changing content.
c. Support for the content management system.
Consultant's Specified Services. Consultant shall perform the following services within the times or by the dates provided below and pursuant to Article 7: County permits Consultant to sell and display advertising media on the interior of the Airport Terminal, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
a. Consultant shall solicit advertising accounts, create ad signs or other graphic materials, install ads and make any required repairs. All advertising must be in accordance with the Airport Advertising Policy, Exhibit A and as it may be amended from time to time, and approved by County’s Airport Manager prior to placement. County shall bear no expense associated with this activity.
b. County may user interior and exterior advertising space, when available, to publicize non-profit agencies, community events and Airport promotions and events. County will use advertising space under these circumstances free of charge.
c. Consultant shall maintain all signs (ads) so that they are clean, readable, and free of rips and tears. Consultant shall also provide all labor, materials, and equipment related to such efforts and coordinate with County to ensure that Consultant’s activities do not conflict with daily operation of Airport. Consultant will respond within 24 hours to any complaints regarding their activities.
d. County is in the process of installing an information booth in order to provide assistance to the traveling public. The County reserves the rights to the displays and brochures located on this information booth. All brochures displayed on the information booth shall be limited to those of Airport tenants, non-profits (such as the Sonoma County Tourism Bureau, the Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx Museum, and the Santa Xxxx CVB) marketing partners and other partners of the Airport. The Airport will provide the Consultant with 25% of the brochure space on the information booth for its brochure clientele at no cost to the Consultant. In addition, the Airport reserves all rights to the display ad spaces on the information booth to promote the Airport, Airlines serving the Airport, Airport tenants, welcome signs for visiting groups or dignitaries. The Airport will provide the Consultant with a minimum of 25% of this space for display ads and a maximum of 50% based on the Airports needs.

Optional, additional services which may be requested by County are as listed in Exhibit B. In the event of a conflict between the body of this Agreement and any of said Exhibits, the provisions in the body of this Agreement shall control. All work shall be in phases as itemized in Exhibit A. All work shall be performed in task phases as listed in said Exhibit. Other than Task 1 listed in Exhibit A (Research through 50% Schematic Design – a level of design that provides sufficient substance to define a financially feasible project for review by the Board), no other work is guaranteed and shall be as-needed only, as determined by County in its sole discretion. If elected, County will issue a Task Order to Consultant authorizing and initiating Task 2. Nothing herein grants Consultant any exclusive right to provide any services, and County reserves all right and discretion to obtain any and all services from other providers.

Consultant shall perform the services described in Exhibits A, D, and E, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (hereinafter “Scope of Work”), and within the times or by the dates provided for in Exhibits A, D, and E, and pursuant to Article 7, Prosecution of Work. In the event of a conflict between the body of this Agreement and Exhibits A, D, and E, the provisions in the body of this Agreement shall control. Without limiting the foregoing, Consultant expressly agrees to comply with all Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements imposed on this Agreement as more specifically described in Section 13.4, below, and Attachment C hereto.

In the event of a conflict between the body of this Agreement and Exhibits A, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0.x, X, X, X, X, X, X-0, X, X, X, X, X-1, L, L-1, L-2, M, N, O, P, X-0, X-0, X, X, X, X-0, X, and U the provisions in the body of Agreement shall control.
