Content/Use Restrictions. You also agree that, in using the Program: (i) you will not monitor, gather, copy, or distribute the Content (except as may be a result of standard search engine activity or use of a standard browser) on the Program by using any robot, rover, “bot”, spider, scraper, crawler, spyware, engine, device, software, extraction tool, or any other automatic device, utility, or manual process of any kind; (ii) you will not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any such Content (including any images, text, or page layout); (iii) you will keep intact all Trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property notices contained in such Content; (iv) you will not use such Content in a manner that suggests an unauthorized association with any of our or our licensors’ products, services, or brands; (v) you will not make any modifications to such Content;(vi) you will not modify, reproduce, archive, sell, lease, rent, exchange, create derivative works from, publish by hard copy or electronic means, publicly perform, display, disseminate, distribute, broadcast, retransmit, circulate to any third party or on any third-party application or websites, or otherwise use or exploit such Content in any way for any purpose except as specifically permitted by these Terms or any Additional Terms or with the prior written consent of an officer of ours or, in the case of Content from a licensor, the owner of the Content; and (vii) you will not insert any code or product to manipulate such Content in any way that adversely affects any user experience.
Content/Use Restrictions. The use of TLD by the Registry Operator or an affiliate will be governed by an acceptable use policy. This policy stipulates that content and use of domains in the TLD are supportive of the mission and purpose of the TLD and are used in an acceptable fashion to assist with sharing the message and teachings of the Catholic Church. Registrations within the TLD will be initially for a one (1) year term only. Prior to expiry of each registration, use of each domain will be reviewed and renewal will occur should the domain be in use and comply with the guidelines of the acceptable use policy.
Content/Use Restrictions. Registration implies compliance with a fair use that only allows a use harmless to the image of museums and the community. Non-compliance will result in suspension or termination of the domain name. This fair use will suppose among other things on notions such as legitimate interest and bona fide for registration of domain names, that the registrant must be able to justify in case of a challenge related to the domain name use.

Notwithstanding the forgoing, Sendtric Pro subscribers will be able to utilize the Timer in connection with other services Sendric Pro subscribers are providing to clients or customers; provided, such Sendtric Pro subscribers’ clients or customers shall subject to all of the restrictions set forth in Subsections 3(B)(i) through 3(B)(vii) set forth above.
Content/Use Restrictions. In accordance with the terms, conditions and restrictions of this Agreement, the Registry Operator operates services, especially websites and email services, which are associated or connected with a registered domain name. It is entitled to authorize the use and operation of such DNS-‐based services to third parties. In this respect the only authorized entities are the Registry Operator and its Affiliates, as that term is defined in Section 2.9(c) of this Agreement. The use of registered domain names and related services is permitted only for business-‐related purposes of the Registry Operator. A domain name cannot be made available for use by a third party who is not entitled to use.
Content/Use Restrictions. The TLD shall be used for the benefit of the community. All domain names must serve the needs of the REIT community, and can be cancelled if they do not. Serving the needs of the REIT community shall include providing information about or offering services relating to a registrant’s REIT. Thus, the TLD will ensure its integrity and purpose as an authorized source of REIT-related information and services for investors, media, interested members of the public, or people who use the services of REITs- such as tenants of REIT properties. Registry Operator will bolster this general policy with an affirmative duty upon registrants to establish use of all domain names within one year of registration, which may include forwarding the domain name to an existing TLD that serves the needs of the REIT community. In addition, as part of the regular renewal process for domain names, registrants shall reaffirm current eligibility as a REIT and use in accordance within the TLD content and use policy. Registry Operator will further delineate the particular uses that are not allowable- for example: unlawful activities, spamming, causing consumer confusion, or reselling the domain names- and prominently display links to such policies on the TLD domain name registration website. Registry Operator will also specifically prohibit registration of domain names “solely for the purpose of selling, trading or leasing the domain names for compensation.” Registry Operator’s 6-member Team described above shall ensure continued compliance with Registry Operator’s eligibility, naming, content & use policies through random audits of all registered domain names on a regular basis. In addition, Registry Operator will place a prominently displayed contact email on the TLD home page as a point of contact for this Team. Registry Operator will adopt a modified version of the ICANN Charter Eligibility Dispute Resolution Procedure, called the “Community Eligibility Dispute Resolution Procedure” (“CEDRP”), and Registry Operator’s representatives are currently engaged in discussions with third party service providers to administer the CEDRP. Only slight modifications will be made to incorporate the eligibility policy above. Registry Operator will also adopt a robust Eligibility Reconsideration Policy (“ERP”) to ensure accountability of the TLD to the international REIT community through a reconsideration process of Registry Operator decisions that:
Content/Use Restrictions. The role and importance of the domain name is based on the meaning an average user would reasonably make in the context of that domain name. This criterion also applies to the strength of the documentation or proof required of the registrant. Pre-defined uses of the name space, especially names with significance for Performers or organizers of sport from a public service or public interest standpoint, is developed through special programs with strong selection processes, based on proposals made by parties interested in providing content on such domain names. This process not only covers the identity and legitimacy of the party entrusted with the operation of the domain(s), but also a defined obligations with respect to the content to provide for the benefit of the public.

The use of other domain names will be delegated to the members and associates. The websites visible on a domain name in TLD must comply with the fundamental principles and values of the Movement. Registry Operator reserves the right to withdraw the use of a domain name from a member or associate if the corresponding website threatens the brand image, the activity of the Movement, or public decency. Specific measures will be set up if a domain name is registered with mal-‐intent.
