Defined Uses. 7.1.1 The land the subject of this Site Development Plan shall be developed from the defined uses specified in Table 1 – Precinct 16 of Master Plan No. 14 (Detailed Planning Area Plan – Eastbank / Regatta North) 2001 and in Table 1 – Supplementary Table of Development contained in this Document.
