Reconsideration Process. The Board shall develop and make available a reconsideration process that provides Persons who are materially impacted by such decision and did participate in any underlying Study Team to request within ten days that the Board reconsider a specific decision within the Board’s approval. If reconsideration of a Board decision is sought by any such Person, ColumbiaGrid shall promptly convene a meeting, chaired by the ColumbiaGrid President, to which it invites the chief executive officer or equivalent executive of all Affected Persons to determine whether they can reach agreement on the disputed decision. If agreement is not reached, the Board shall pursue the reconsideration process. The reconsideration process will provide for input from all involved Persons (including Planning Parties) and Staff, and the Board will make its reconsidered decision known within 90 days from the date of the request. If, upon reconsideration, the Board modifies its decision, the modification shall also be subject to a petition for reconsideration.
Reconsideration Process. 1. As soon as practicable but no later than April 30, 2022, the Department will establish an interim reconsideration process that will be available to any Borrower whose application for PSLF or TEPSLF has been or is denied.
2. Any Borrower who wants to have his or her status with respect to achieving PSLF/TEPSLF relief (including the calculation and identification of Qualifying Payments or months of Qualifying Employment) reviewed by the Department will receive reconsideration through the interim reconsideration process upon request.
3. The interim reconsideration process will be directly managed by an appropriate Department official.
4. The terms of the interim reconsideration process described in this Section will be public and clearly communicated to Borrowers no later than January 31, 2022.
5. Borrowers will be permitted to provide any evidence they wish to provide in support of their reconsideration request.
6. If the reconsideration does not result in approval of the Borrower’s application for PSLF or TEPSLF relief, the Borrower will receive notice by email of the reasons for denial, as described above in Section IV(A)(3).
7. The interim reconsideration process described in this Section may be supplanted by relevant regulations resulting from the Negotiated Rulemaking Process on PSLF. Such an event would not constitute an amendment of, or breach of, or otherwise be cause to void this Agreement or any part thereof.
Reconsideration Process. Within sixty (60) days of any rating decision being communicated to the employee, the following procedure shall apply:
(a) The incumbent(s)/Union and/or the supervisor/Employer may request reconsideration of the job rating by completing and submitting a Job Evaluation Reconsideration Form (Form 2), stating the reason(s) for disagreeing with the rating of the job.
(b) The incumbent(s) and the supervisor may be invited to make a presentation to the Committee.
(c) The JJEC shall consider the reconsideration request and make a decision which shall be final and binding upon the parties and all employees affected.
(d) The Committee shall inform both the incumbent(s) and the supervisor of its decision using the Review Decision Form (Form 3).

Reconsideration Process. Following any meeting of the Cooperation ----------------------- Committee as described above, any Proposing Board may reconsider a Category 2 Matter at any subsequent meeting of such Board and, if the Proposing Board approves such matter by a majority vote at such subsequent meeting, then the Proposing Board may take the action contemplated by such matter regardless of the position of the other Board. Following any meeting of the Cooperation Committee as described above, the Proposing Board may reconsider a Category 3 Matter at any subsequent meeting of such Board and, if the Proposing Board approves such matter by a 66 2/3% vote at such subsequent meeting, then the Proposing Board may take the action contemplated by such matter (but only if the other Board approves such matter by a majority vote in the case of a Change of Control).

The provider reconsideration process allows a provider to dispute a claim payment determination prior to requesting an appeal, but is not required prior to the submission of an appeal. If you send a claim or claim copy with the reconsideration, the reconsiderations team cannot accept it and will return it to you. If you disagree with a claim adjustment or our decision not to make a claim adjustment, you can file a formal appeal.
Reconsideration Process. At each step of the promotion evaluation process prior to Xxxxxxx/Presidential evaluation, the Employee shall be promptly provided a copy of the written recommendation and reasons of the evaluator or relevant committee. The Employee may submit a written request for reconsideration under any of the following conditions:
(1) A negative recommendation by the Division/Department Personnel Committee.
(2) A negative recommendation by the Division/Department/Unit Chair.
(3) A negative recommendation by the Xxxx if the previous recommendations of both the Division/Department Personnel Committee and the Division/Department/Unit Chair were positive.
(4) A negative recommendation by the University Personnel Committee if the Division/Department Personnel Committee has made a positive recommendation. A first request for reconsideration shall be submitted to the evaluator or relevant committee within five work days of receipt of the recommendation. Subsequent requests for reconsideration, if any, shall be submitted in writing within three work days of receipt of the recommendation. Evaluators and evaluation committees in receipt of a request for reconsideration shall grant the request and shall provide the Employee with a written statement of the result of the reconsideration. Written responses to a first reconsideration request shall be provided to the Employee by the evaluator or evaluation committee within five work days of receipt of the written request. Written responses to subsequent requests for reconsideration, if any, shall be provided to the Employee by the evaluator or evaluation committee within three work days of receipt of the written request. When a written request for reconsideration has been submitted according to the specified conditions and timelines of Section 19.5.a, the review process at the next level of evaluation shall be suspended until the results of the request for reconsideration have been provided to the Employee and added to the appropriate section of the Employee’s portfolio.
Reconsideration Process. The terminated Business Employee must, no later than five (5) business days after the termination, submit an appeal letter to the Team Member Relations group within the human resources department requesting that the termination be reconsidered.
