The Board shall develop and make available a reconsideration process that provides Persons who are materially impacted by such decision and did participate in any underlying Study Team to request within ten days that the Board reconsider a specific decision within the Board’s approval. If reconsideration of a Board decision is sought by any such Person, ColumbiaGrid shall promptly convene a meeting, chaired by the ColumbiaGrid President, to which it invites the chief executive officer or equivalent executive of all Affected Persons to determine whether they can reach agreement on the disputed decision.
