CONTRACT PROPOSAL. The Municipality shall develop a contract proposal that will be advertised for bids. The proposal shall comply with NCDOT Specifications and Standard Drawings as applicable to the Project. The proposal shall also contain provisions, as applicable, per Title 23 Code of Federal Regulations 633 and 635 to include, but not be limited to: FHWA 1273, Buy America, Xxxxx- Xxxxx Wage Rates, Non-discrimination, DBE Assurances, Contractor Certification regarding suspension and debarment, and other provisions as required by the Department.
CONTRACT PROPOSAL. Re: CEA/Unit B APPENDIX A-1 (SALARIES) School Year 2018-2019: 1% across the board wage increase, retroactive to the start of the school year. Wage Reopener: Effective the third year (2020-2021) of this Agreement, either party may reopen the Collective Bargaining Agreement on wages should the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and City of Chicopee provide to the Chicopee Public Schools for that year funding that can be used for general salary increases that is in excess of such funding that was provided for the current (2018-2019) year. CONTRACT PROPOSAL. PURPOSE The purpose of this contract is to retain College Success Foundation (CSF) to continue to employ support service strategies with its network of postsecondary institutions and community partners to increase retention and postsecondary success of Passport students. In addition to these support services, CSF offers direct student supports to Passport students via funds for emergent needs. The Passport to College Promise RCW 28B.117.005 was authorized as a six-year pilot program in 2007 to encourage current and former xxxxxx care youth to prepare for, attend, and successfully complete higher education, and to provide them with the educational planning, information, institutional support, and direct financial resources necessary to succeed. The program was made permanent beginning July 1, 2012. During the 2018 supplemental legislative session, the legislature expanded the Passport to College Promise Program (2SSB 6274) to include more categories of xxxxxx and at-risk youth. It also established the Passport to Careers program with two programmatic pathways: the Passport to College Promise Scholarship program and the Passport to Apprenticeship Opportunities program. In 2020, a final change to the program made youth who have been in xxxxxx care after age 13 Passport-eligible. For the purposes of this agreement, references to Passport to Careers (PTC) are intended to include all program elements. SCOPE OF WORK
