Contract Ratification. All members of the Bargaining Unit shall be permitted an opportunity to vote upon ratification of this Agreement prior to submission of the Agreement to the Board of Education for approval. If the number of members of the bargaining unit voting in favor of the agreement is more than half of the number of employees in the bargaining unit, the agreement will be considered approved by the district employees in the bargaining unit. CMNEA must notify the Board in writing of the outcome of the election
Contract Ratification. MVNEA will notify the Board, via the Assistant Superintendent of Personnel and Student Services, in writing of the outcome of the ratification vote. If ratified by the Bargaining Unit, the Agreement will be submitted to the Board of Education for ratification or rejection.
Contract Ratification. All members of the Union shall be permitted a reasonable opportunity to vote on ratification of this Agreement. Before any agreement is provided to the District for consideration, the agreement must be ratified by a majority of members of the Union. The Union will notify the Board, via the Superintendent, in writing of the outcome of the vote. If ratified by the Bargaining Unit, the Agreement will be submitted to the Board of Education for adoption, modification, or rejection.
Contract Ratification. Who is entitled to vote on the Tentative Agreement?
Contract Ratification. Section 1. In order for a contract to be considered ratified, the following procedure must be followed:
a) When the negotiating committee feels that a proposed contract is acceptable, they will present it to the Executive Council of the Federation who may either approve the proposed contract by a simple majority of those present and voting, or reject it.
b) The contract will be submitted to the members of the Federation. The membership of the Federation may approve or reject the proposed contract by a secret ballot vote of the majority of those present and voting.
Contract Ratification. Section 1. Upon completion of negotiations and agreement between the negotiating parties, the Committee for the Employer agrees to bring before the Council at the first Council Meeting, following said negotiations, the proposal for consideration. Upon ratification, the Employer agrees to pay any retroactive pay to the employees within twenty (20) working days.
Contract Ratification. The Company recognizes the Union as exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment, for all Citrus Combined Cycle Station employees subject to this Agreement. For the purposes of this agreement, Citrus Combined Cycle Station shall mean the facility at Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, XX. This Agreement shall apply to employees employed by the Company at the Citrus Combined Cycle Station listed in Exhibit “A” of this document. After the initial working Agreement, subsequent Memorandum of Agreements shall be voted on and ratified by employees at the Citrus Combined Cycle Station only, who are members of the Union in good standing, in accordance with the constitution and by-laws of the Union. All employees covered by this Agreement are hereinafter referred to as “employee.”
Contract Ratification. The Union shall submit such a written agreement to its members for ratification and shall publish such notice, include such notice in the documents accompanying such submission and shall read it aloud at any membership meeting called to consider such ratification.
Contract Ratification. When directed by the Executive Board, the ratification of the Master Contract between Local 123 and ISD 123 shall take place. The vote shall be conducted by secret ballot and all members of Local 123 shall have the right to vote. A majority of the membership of those voting is necessary to approve the contract. Further details are established in the Local 123 Bylaws under Article V.

If ratified by the Bargaining Unit, the Agreement will be submitted to the Board of Education for adoption, modification, or rejection. Upon ratification by the Bargaining Unit and approval of the Board, the District shall post the current Agreement on the District’s website within 60 days.
