CONTRACT SUPPORT AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor shall complete all administrative, management, and reporting tasks detailed in this section by furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidental support required for successful management of this contract effort. The Contractor shall attend meetings and reviews to obtain information and data for preparation of test plans; SOPs; reports; facility, logistics, ammunition, safety, environmental, and security issues; strategic planning; center operations; training; process improvement, and other program documentation when requested by the Government. The Contractor shall use Department of the Army (DA) Pamphlet (XXX) 73-1 and DA Field Manual 101-5 for reference and information only for conducting test mission and performing staff functions. The type of work performed under this contract requires that a variety of labor categories at an unpredictable level of effort be utilized in response to type and complexity of weapon system tests. Funding constraints require that specific funds relevant to specific tests be incorporated into the contract intermittently throughout the period of performance of this contract as test requirements occur. Overtime may be required to accommodate changing test schedules and testing of items that routinely require additional security measures. In addition to the specific tasks, the following global requirements apply to all tasks as discussed within each of the higher level objectives. These tasks will align with the RTC major test mission areas of aviation, missiles and sensors, and environmental and component test and evaluation and may relate to hardware, equipment, instrumentation, infrastructure, software, or procedures and processes. The type of work performed under this contract requires a variety of labor categories at a level of effort that may be unpredictable in response to type and complexity of weapon system tests. Overtime may be required to accommodate changing test schedules and testing of Category I items that routinely require additional security measures The use of overtime is subject to the restrictions detailed under 2.0 General Requirements above. In addition to the specific tasks detailed in this PWS, the following global requirements apply to all tasks as discussed within each of the higher level objectives. These tasks will align with the AEC major evaluation mission areas of effectiveness, suitability, survivability and safety. These global requirements include: Work Execution: The work shall be performed under the technical direction of Government personnel such as a TM (performance evaluator, ATEC System team (AST) chair, test integrator, safety evaluator, suitability evaluator, survivability evaluator, etc). Additionally, the contractor shall apply established methods, procedures, and techniques applicable to the task as defined by AEC internal operating procedures, military standards (MILSTDs), policies, regulations, or other applicable guidance. Employee Cross-Functional Utilization (Personnel Flexibility): The contractor shall develop multi-skilled personnel within the workforce with the ability to support short notice urgent evaluation requirements. DRAFT Deliverables: A deliverable is a complete, concise, and usable product provided to the Government in the format and timeframe requested. These products will be provided by fully qualified personnel, specified by the direction given by Government points of contact.

  • Subsidy Requests and Reporting Requirements 1. The Grantee or Management Company shall complete a CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification, which provides a unit-by-unit listing of all units in the Development for whom assistance is being requested and gives detailed information including the occupants’ eligibility, set-aside requirements, amount of household rent paid, utility allowance and amount of CRF Rental Subsidy requested. 2. The CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification shall be prepared as of the last day of each calendar month during the period of performance and shall be submitted to XXXXxxxxxxxx@XxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx and Florida Housing’s monitoring agent no later than the 15th day of the following month. The December 2020 request will be due on or before December 15th. The Grantee will submit executed Coronavirus Relief Fund Rental Assistance Applications and supporting documentation to Florida Housing’s monitoring agent within 5 days upon the monitoring agent’s request.

  • EDD Independent Subrecipient Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, Subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the State.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Subrecipients. An independent Subrecipient is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.   • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B. Grantee shall use the Texas Abuse Hotline Website located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Login/Default.aspx as required by the System Agency. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.

  • General Reporting Requirements The MA-PD Sponsor agrees to submit to information to CMS according to 42 CFR §§423.505(f), 423.514, and the “Final Medicare Part D Reporting Requirements,” a document issued by CMS and subject to modification each program year.

  • Training Requirements Grantee shall: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS; B.
