CONTRACTOR FUNCTIONS. The Contractor must use the Data made available to it because of this Contract solely for the purposes of this Contract. 9.2.3.1. The Contractor Coordinator must identify all Designated Staff who have a business need to access PRISM. 9.2.3.2. The Contractor must ensure that Designated Staff complete and submit to the DSHS PRISM Administration Team all necessary forms required by CMS and DSHS for data authorization and PRISM access, including: 9.2.3.2.1. The PRISM registration form, 9.2.3.2.2. The Nondisclosure of HCA Confidential Information form (Exhibit A), 9.2.3.2.3. The DSHS provided spreadsheet. 9.2.3.2.4. The Contractor must ensure Designated Staff receive an annual written reminder of the required Nondisclosure of HCA Confidential Information requirements. 9.2.3.3. The Contractor must promptly notify the HCA Legal and Administrative Services and the DSHS PRISM Administration Team when established Designated Staff user accounts should be removed due to employment termination, job reassignment, or other changes in circumstances. 9.2.3.4. The Contractor must maintain and provide to HCA or DSHS upon request a list of all subcontracted CCOs and Health Home Provider Business Associates who have accessed Data as a result of this Contract. 9.2.3.5. CONTRACTOR FUNCTIONS. 28.1 The Contractor will undertake Services that fulfil three core functions, designed to complement the regulatory and security functions of other Australian agencies, especially DJSB, DHA and FWO to ensure efficient and effective, whole-of- 29.4 Key Contractor considerations through these processes will be: (a) Employers have a strong and functional understanding of Australian workplace conditions, workers’ rights and safety, and Pacific workers will enjoy the same rights and entitlements as Australian workers; and (b) Employers have an appreciation of the Australian aid program’s commitment to gender equality and social inclusion. 29.5 Through the assessment and negotiation phases, the Contractor will look for opportunities to draw on existing employers and their experience, potentially through a ‘network’ or ‘working group’ arrangement. By the time an employer is engaged in the PLS, the Contractor will have established a close relationship that will be the basis of ongoing, regular contact and identification of issues. 29.6 For the SWP, DJSB retains the lead role in supporting employers to participate in the program and vetting and approving employers. However, the Contractor may play a supporting role in promoting SWP among potential employers.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTIONS The Servicer shall handle all Customer inquiries and other Customer service matters according to the same procedures it uses to service Customers with respect to its own charges.

  • MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS B.1 The Association recognizes that the management of the Hospital and the direction of working forces are fixed exclusively in the Hospital and shall remain solely with the Hospital except as specifically limited by the provisions of this Agreement and, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the Association acknowledges that it is the exclusive function of the Hospital to: (a) maintain order, discipline and efficiency; (b) hire, assign, retire, discharge, direct, promote, demote, classify, transfer, lay- off, recall, and suspend or otherwise discipline nurses, provided that a claim of discharge or discipline without just cause may be the subject of a grievance and dealt with as hereinafter provided; (c) determine, in the interest of efficient operation and high standards of service, job rating and classification, the hours of work, work assignments, methods of doing the work, and the working establishment for the service; (d) generally to manage the operation that the Hospital is engaged in and, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, to determine the number of personnel required, methods, procedures, and equipment in connection therewith; (e) make, enforce, and alter from time to time reasonable rules and regulations to be observed by the nurses which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. B.2 These rights shall not be exercised in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • MIXED FUNCTIONS An employee engaged for more than two hours during one day or shift on duties carrying a higher rate than his or her ordinary classification shall be paid the higher rate for such day or shift. If for two hours or less during one day or shift he or she shall be paid the higher rate for the time so worked.

  • Subcontractor A contractor and/or supplier who is under contract with Developer or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, to perform a portion of the Work of the Project.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement: A. All employees of the Contractor shall wear a recognizable uniform. No hats will be worn inside the building. All of Contractor’s employees and agents performing work must carry a government-issued photo ID. Contractor’s employees and agents will present ID to District Staff upon request. This provision will be strictly enforced. B. The use of tobacco or tobacco products on Board property is prohibited by State law. C. The Contractor will not be permitted to utilize Day Labor or Temporary Workers to provide any services at any District facility. This includes any employees or agents that are hired prior to contract award. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in immediate termination of contract with the Contractor liable for any breach, including liquidated damages for delay damages and/or forfeiture of Performance Bond. D. The Contractor or employees or agents of the Contractor are not permitted to play loud music, to make unnecessary noises, or to use vulgar or inappropriate language that causes offense to others. E. The employment of unauthorized or illegal aliens by the Contractor is considered a violation of Section 247A (e) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act. If the Contractor knowingly employs unauthorized aliens, such a violation shall also be cause for termination of this Agreement. F. Possession of firearms will not be tolerated on Board property. No person who has a firearm in their vehicle will be permitted to park on District property. Any employee of the Contractor found in violation of this policy will be immediately asked to leave, and will not be allowed to return to perform further work without the consent of the District. G. The Contractor certifies that he/she will not engage in the unlawful manufacture, sale distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or drug during the performance of the contract and that a drug-free workplace will be provided for the Contractor’s employees or agents during the performance of the contract. The Contractor also certifies that he will secure from any subcontractor who works on the contract, written certification of the same drug free workplace requirements. False certification or violation by failing to carry out requirements of O.C.G.A. § 50-24-3 may cause suspension, termination of contract, or debarment of such bidder Please Note: If any employee or agent of the Contractor or Sub-contractor is found to have brought a firearm on District property, the Contractor or Sub-contractor shall prohibit them from continuing to perform any work on District property. If the Contractor or Sub-contractor fails to do so, then the District may terminate this Agreement for cause as set forth below.
