Contractor Project Director. 4.2.1 Contractor Project Director shall be responsible for Contractor’s performance of all of the Work and ensuring Contractor’s compliance with this Agreement.
Contractor Project Director. Contractor Project Director is responsible for Contractor’s performance of all Work and ensuring Contractor’s compliance with this Contract. Contractor’s Project Director must meet and confer with County Project Director on a regular basis as required by County and specified in Exhibit A (Statement of Work) to this Contract. Contractor Project Director. Responsibilities of the Contractor Project Director include:  retaining professional and administrative responsibility for the services rendered under this Agreement.  ensuring all the Agreement objectives are met and will communicate with the Contractor Project Manager, County’s Facility Project Director, County’s Facility Project Manager, and/or other applicable County personnel as appropriate.  attending all regularly scheduled Facility meetings, which are applicable to the services being provided under this Agreement and deemed necessary by County.  participate in annual or regularly scheduled audits, by all regulatory and accreditation bodies. This will also include participating in all Sentinel Event, Infection Control and Facility injury investigations as appropriate and as requested by the Facility and deemed necessary by County.
Contractor Project Director and County Project Director shall mutually agree to all Deficiencies requiring repeat testing.
