Correctional Wages. 29.2.3.1. As soon as practicable upon adoption of the successor MOU, Correctional Deputy and Juvenile Correctional Officer classifications will receive a 5% equity adjustment. 29.2.3.2. The county has hired the classification and compensation study firm of Xxxx & Associates. During 2018, this consultant will be conducting a classification review and compensation study concerning the Correctional Deputy classification series. The results of this study may cause the County to seek to update on or more job classifications in the Correctional Deputy classification series and/or propose further wage increases for those positions. The County would seek to meet and confer with the Union over those issues. The county understands that the union strongly believes that Correctional Officer positions should be benchmarked with an 8.0% gap below Sheriff’s Deputy classifications. The Xxxx & Associates study may provide information that allows the parties to bridge this gap during the early portion of the term of this agreement. 29.2.4. Nursing classifications 29.2.5. All classifications in various nursing-related occupations to receive a one-time 16% or 32 salary range increase to starting base. 29.2.5.1. Any omission of applicable positions is inadvertent and should apply to all nursing classifications 29.2.5.2. Make additional adjustment (per table) to supervising positions to address compaction 29.2.5.3. Create a Senior Psychiatric Nurse classification to mirror the Public Health Nurse classification series 29.2.5.4. There will be a 5% or 10 salary ranges difference between Psychiatric Nurse and Senior Psychiatric and 10% or 20 salary ranges between Senior Psychiatric Nurse and Supervising Psychiatric Nurse 29.2.5.5. Psychiatric Tech I/II have the same qualification requirements as Licensed Vocational Nurse (PH) and should have salary range parity.   • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Prescription Safety Glasses Prescription safety glasses will be furnished by the employer. The employer retains the authority to establish reasonable rules and procedures regarding frequency of issue, replacement of damaged glasses, limits on reimbursement costs and coordination with the employer's vision plan.

  • Correction No corrections shall be made in the tender documents. Any corrections that are to be made shall be made by crossing the incorrect portion and writing the correct portions above with the initials of tenderer.

  • Corrections There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

  • Correction of Errors Contractor shall perform, at its own cost and expense and without reimbursement from the District, any work necessary to correct errors or omissions which are caused by the Contractor’s failure to comply with the standard of care required herein.

  • OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY (a) It is a mutual interest of the parties to promote health and safety in workplaces and to prevent and reduce the occurrence of workplace injuries and occupational diseases. The parties agree that health and safety is of the utmost importance and agree to promote health and safety and wellness throughout the organization. The employer shall provide orientation and training in health and safety to new and current employees on an ongoing basis, and employees shall attend required health and safety training sessions. Accordingly, the parties fully endorse the responsibilities of employer and employee under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, making particular reference to the following:

  • Shiftwork (A) Where the Employee would have received shift loadings had the Employee not been on leave during the relevant period and such loadings would have entitled the Employee to a greater amount than a loading of 17.5% of the payment under clause 23.1(c), then the shift loadings must be added to the payment under clause 23.1(c)(i) instead of the 17.5% loading. (B) Provided further that if the shift allowance would have entitled the Employee to a lesser amount than the loading of 17.5% then such loading of 17.5% shall be used for the purpose of calculating annual leave loading in lieu of the shift allowance.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.
