COVID Vaccinations. Develop activities to maximize COVID vaccination rates in the targeted communities.
COVID Vaccinations. 1.3.1. Prior to reporting in-person to District schools or worksites for required instruction/services with students, unit members shall have had the opportunity (eligibility and access) to be fully vaccinated for achieved immunity at the prescribed schedule. 1.3.2. The District shall actively support and assist the San Diego County Department of Public Health to ensure the COVID-19 vaccine is widely available and easily accessible to staff, to the best of the District’s ability, including the measures listed below: 1.3.2.1. The Parties shall each communicate with all unit members in writing about the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine to them, including where they may receive the vaccine and how to make an appointment, if necessary, to receive the vaccine; 1.3.2.2. The Parties shall each provide to all unit members written educational materials about the vaccine, including accurate information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on the vaccine’s benefits, risks, and efficacy rates and shall encourage them to be vaccinated against COVID-19; 1.3.2.3. Unit members may utilize 2-hour personal business leave in accordance with Administrative Procedure 7134 to be vaccinated during their work hours without loss of pay. In extenuating circumstances, unit members shall be able to utilize more than 2-hours of personal business leave in order to be vaccinated.
COVID Vaccinations. Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the Customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post- transmission recovery on entry to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business.

Unit members may use 2-hours to be vaccinated during their work hours without loss of pay. In extenuating circumstances, unit members shall be able to utilize more than 2-hours of paid time in order to be vaccinated. 1.3.2.4. The District shall provide paid five (5) days sick leave to any staff person who is ill from side effects from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine without requiring that staff to use leave banks or accrued leave.
COVID Vaccinations. Per Proclamation 21-14.1 COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements, all education employees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and will be required to provide final proof of such vaccination by October 18, 2021, with prior intent notification by October 13, 2021. The District will adhere to State and federal law concerning medical or religious exemptions.

  • COVID-19 Vaccinations Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Article II of the General Appropriations Act, none of the General Revenue Funds appropriated to the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) may be used for the purpose of promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations in the 2024-25 biennium. It is also the intent of the legislature that to the extent allowed by federal law, any federal funds allocated to DSHS shall be expended for activities other than promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations. Contractor represents and warrants that it is not ineligible, nor will it be ineligible during the term of this Contract, to receive appropriated funding pursuant to Article II.

  • Solicitations for Subcontractors, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the contractor of the contractor's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age, and disability/handicap.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with ▇▇▇▇▇’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.

  • Vaccination and Inoculation ‌ (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees, including in-service seminars for employees. Where the Employer or Occupational Health and Safety Committee identifies high risk areas which expose employees to infectious or communicable diseases for which there are protective immunizations available, such immunizations shall be provided at no cost to the employee. The Committee may consult with the Medical Health Officer. Where the Medical Health Officer identifies such a risk, the immunization shall also be provided at no cost. The Employer shall provide Hepatitis B vaccine, free of charge, to those employees who may be exposed to bodily fluids or other sources of infection. (b) An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse effect on the employee's health.
