Customer Systems and Cooperation. Customer shall at all times during the Term: (a) set up, maintain, and operate in good repair and in accordance with the Specifications all Customer Systems on or through which the Services are accessed or used; (b) notify Authorized Users that their endorsement and compliance with the XXXX attached as Exhibit _A_ is a condition of accessing the Services; (c) provide all cooperation and assistance as Provider may reasonably request to enable Provider to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under and in connection with this Agreement.

Customer Systems and Cooperation. Customer shall at all times during the Term: (a) set up, maintain, and operate in good repair all Customer Systems on or through which the Solutions are accessed or used; (b) provide CentralSquare Personnel with such access to Customer's premises and Customer Systems as is necessary for CentralSquare to perform the Support Services in accordance with the Support Standards and Specifications; and (c) provide all cooperation as CentralSquare may reasonably request to enable CentralSquare to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under and in connection with this Agreement.

The CiteRight Systems are programmed to perform routine data backups (“Backup Policy”). CiteRight will deliver to Customer its then most current backups of Customer Data as requested by the Customer from time to time. In the event of any loss, alteration, destruction, damage or corruption of Customer Data caused by the CiteRight Systems or CiteRight Services, CiteRight will, as its sole obligation and liability and as Customer’s sole remedy, use best efforts to restore the Customer Data from CiteRight’s then most current backup of such Customer Data. 5.2. CITERIGHT’S BACKUP POLICY IS INTENDED SOLELY TO PROTECT CUSTOMER DATA COLLECTED BY CITERIGHT DURING THE PROVISION OF CITERIGHT SERVICES. CITERIGHT’S BACKUP POLICY DOES NOT REPLACE THE NEED FOR THE CUSTOMER TO MAINTAIN ITS OWN REGULAR DATA BACKUPS AND/OR REDUNDANT DATA ARCHIVES. CITERIGHT HAS NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, CORRUPTION OR RECOVERY OF CUSTOMER DATA WHERE SUCH ALTERATION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, CORRUPTION IS NOT CAUSED BY THE CITERIGHT SYSTEMS OR CITERIGHT SERVICES.

Customer Systems and Cooperation. Customer shall at all times during the Term: (a) set up, maintain and operate in good repair and in accordance with the specifications set out in the Documentation the systems on or through which the Services are accessed or used; (b) on reasonable notice provided by Hudl and with the agreement of Customer and Authorised Users, provide or procure Hudl personnel with such access to Customer’s premises and the Customer Systems as is reasonably necessary for Hudl to perform the Services; (c) provide all cooperation and assistance as Hudl may reasonably request to enable Hudl to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under and in connection with this Agreement; and (d) provide Hudl or its subcontractors with access to Customer’s physical facilities to install any Licensed Hardware.
