Cyclical Review. Classifications and/or job families shall be reviewed a minimum of once every four (4) years. Each year, classified employees whose job classifications have been identified for review will be requested to submit classification review documents. Cyclical Review. Employees participating in the cyclical review process will be given up to three hours of on-duty time, not to include training to complete the required classification review paperwork.3- Requirements and Documentation: It is responsibility of each employee to submit the required documentation by the deadline. The following document/information should be provided. a. The Classification Review Document must be completed and signed. b. For individual requests only, attach the current job description. c. If job duties have changed, been added or deleted, from those in the current job description, indicate the changes and dates of those changes. d. Indicate if changes in job duties are temporary or permanent and provide supporting information

  • Annual Reviews Within thirty (30) days after each annual anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Company shall review Employee’s performance of his duties pursuant to this Agreement and advise Employee of the results of that review; provided, however, that Company may elect to conduct a partial-year performance review in order to synchronize Employee’s annual review date with that of the Company’s other executives. In connection with each such review, the Company shall evaluate whether any increase in Employee’s compensation under Section 2, below, is appropriate.

  • Annual Review The Board of Directors during the Contract Period shall review annually, or at more frequent intervals which the Board of Directors determines is appropriate, the Executive’s compensation and shall award the Executive additional compensation to reflect the Executive’s performance, the performance of the Company and competitive compensation levels, all as determined in the discretion of the Board of Directors.

  • Technical Reports All technical reports are to be prepared jointly by the Recipient/Institution conducting Work and all collaborating institutions or as deemed acceptable by the Centre’s contact.

  • Log Reviews All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must have a routine procedure in place to review system logs for unauthorized access.

  • Periodic Reviews During January of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall review Executive's Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and additional benefits then being provided to Executive. Following each such review, the Company may in its discretion increase the Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and benefits; however, the Company shall not decrease such items during the period Executive serves as an employee of the Company. Prior to November 30th of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall communicate in writing the results of such review to Executive.

  • Medical Reports The Employer agrees to pay the fee for medical reports required by the Employer for Sick Leave or Weekly Indemnity provisions to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50.00).

  • Periodic Review The General Counsel shall periodically review the Procurement Integrity Procedures with OSC personnel in order to ascertain potential areas of exposure to improper influence and to adopt desirable revisions for more effective avoidance of improper influences.

  • External Review In the event of a final internal Adverse Benefit Determination, a Claimant may be entitled to an external review of the Claim. This request must be submitted in writing on an External Review Request form within 120 days of receipt of the Adverse Benefit Determination. The external reviewer will render a recommendation within 45 calendar days unless the request meets expedited criteria, in which case it will be resolved in no later than 72 hours. The external reviewer’s recommendation will be binding. The external reviewer will notify the Claimant of its decision in writing, and the Plan will take action as appropriate to comply with such recommendation.   • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.
