Damage Protection. When reserving your stay at this property you have acknowledged and accepted our Short-Term Rental Agreement and you are responsible for any damages to the unit and its contents during your stay.
Damage Protection. The reservation includes a charge (“Premium”) for a damage insurance policy Powered by Safely that covers up to $10,000 in unintentional damages to the Rental Home contents that may occur or be observed during the Rental Period. Any damages in excess of $10,000 will be charged to your credit card with notice. The Premium is non-refundable.
Damage Protection. If Renter has elected to pay the supplemental Damage Protection fee, then in the event of damage to the Equipment during the Term of this Agreement, and not caused by Renter's gross negligence or willful act, then Seller shall, at Seller's sole discretion, repair or replace such damaged equipment at no cost to Renter. R enter is responsible for replacement of broken strings and reeds, which are NOT covered by this Damage Protection.
Damage Protection. Manager will provide a damage protection program for all renters to a damage value of $3000 covering accidental and incidental damages during their stay. Guests will accept damage responsibility as part of the booking process and further acknowledge responsibility for damages not covered by manager for any additional or uncovered damage or loss. Manager will make every reasonable effort to collect such damages from guests.
Damage Protection. Damage Protection covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The Damage Protection will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000.00 as a result of inadvertent acts. The Damage Protection is purchased at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The Damage Protection does not cover the guest for soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the house excessively dirty. These fees will be charged to the payment method on file. Non-billing stipulations include: • No damage or theft to the property or items in the property. • No violations of rental or association policies. • Rental is left in a neat and orderly condition. • All garbage is removed from the house and pool areas. • All keys and garage door openers remain in the house.
Damage Protection. You must also observe all recommendations regarding care and maintenance of the Product or Alternative Product by the manufacturer of the Product or Alternative Product.
Damage Protection. The reservation includes a $69 charge for damage insurance that covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the Rental Home and its contents that may occur or be observed during the Rental Period. Report any observed damage(s) to Windcliff prior to departure. Any damages in excess of $3,000 will be charged to your credit card with notice.
Damage Protection. (Included in all rental fees): The Xxxx Xxxxxx Music Service Damage Protection Plan provides assurance that your child’s rental instrument is covered for any accidental damage. Repairs of rental instruments can be significant. This plan covers any damage to the instrument excluding blatant negligence, loss, or theft. This plan does not cover included accessories such as reeds, drum sticks, neck straps, broken mouthpieces, etc.
Damage Protection. As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of [Policy Limit]. Any damages that exceed [Policy Limit] or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3, 000.00. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/x00xxx . The Vacation Rental Damage plan can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Kohala Coast Properties Inc. any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage.
Damage Protection. Damage protection is an optional service offered by NC Tool Rental that, if selected, modifies this Agreement to relieve Renter of repair charges, replacement charges and Administrative Charges if the Equipment is damaged during NORMAL use during the Rental Period (" Damage Protection"). In the event Renter elects Damage Protection services, the charge for Damage Protection is 15% of the Rental Price and will appear as a separate line-item on the Agreement and on the invoice. Renter must accept or decline the Damage Protection. Damage Protection is not insurance and NC Tool Rental may make a profit on its Damage Protection. Damage Protection does not cover loss of or damage to Equipment caused by theft, abuse, neglect, or intentional acts. Xxxxxx expressly acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxx will be responsible for all loss or damage.
