Damage Protection. When reserving your stay at this property you have acknowledged and accepted our Short-Term Rental Agreement and you are responsible for any damages to the unit and its contents during your stay.

Damage Protection. The reservation includes a charge (“Premium”) for a damage insurance policy Powered by Safely that covers up to $10,000 in unintentional damages to the Rental Home contents that may occur or be observed during the Rental Period. Any damages in excess of $10,000 will be charged to your credit card with notice. The Premium is non-refundable.
Damage Protection. Damage Protection covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The Damage Protection will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000.00 as a result of inadvertent acts. The Damage Protection is purchased at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The Damage Protection does not cover the guest for soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the house excessively dirty. These fees will be charged to the payment method on file. Non-billing stipulations include: • No damage or theft to the property or items in the property. • No violations of rental or association policies. • Rental is left in a neat and orderly condition. • All garbage is removed from the house and pool areas. • All keys and garage door openers remain in the house.
Damage Protection. Manager will provide a damage protection program for all renters to a damage value of $3000 covering accidental and incidental damages during their stay. Guests will accept damage responsibility as part of the booking process and further acknowledge responsibility for damages not covered by manager for any additional or uncovered damage or loss. Manager will make every reasonable effort to collect such damages from guests.

Damage Protection. If grounds, property, or facilities require excessive cleaning or are damaged as a result of Guest’s event, River Orchard Place reserves the right to charge a fee for additional services, repairs, or replacements deemed necessary at the sole discretion of River Orchard Place staff. Guest is required to have a credit card on file should any such charges be incurred.

In addition to the requirements stated in this paragraph 4.II, the following provisions are applicable within the noted State or Territory: Connecticut, Hawaii Iowa Kansas, Maryland Missouri Nevada, New Mexico, Texas Virginia ✓ THIS CONTRACT OFFERS, FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE, A COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER TO COVER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. YOU ARE ADVISED TO CAREFULLY CONSIDER WHETHER TO PURCHASE THIS PROTECTION IF YOU HAVE RENTAL VEHICLE COLLISION COVERAGE PROVIDED BY YOUR CREDIT CARD OR AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE POLICY. BEFORE DECIDING WHETHER TO PURCHASE OPTIONAL VEHICLE PROTECTION, YOU MAY WISH TO DETERMINE WHETHER YOUR OWN INSURANCE POLICY OR CREDIT CARD COVERS: (i) DAMAGE, LOSS, OR LOSS OF USE TO A RENTED VEHICLE; FIRE AND THEFT DAMAGE AND PERSONAL INJURY INCURRED WHILE USING A MOTOR VEHICLE; AND (ii) THE AMOUNT OF THE DEDUCTIBLE. ✓ IF COVERAGE IS CONFIRMED, RENTER MAY REQUIRE THAT THE HOME DEPOT SUBMIT ANY CLAIMS TO THE RENTER'S PERSONAL INSURANCE CARRIER. THE PURCHASE OF THIS DAMAGE WAIVER IS NOT MANDATORY AND MAY BE WAIVED. ✓ Maryland law requires that all Maryland residents' insurance policies with collision coverage automatically extend that collision coverage to passenger cars rented or motor vehicles shared by the insureds named in the policy for a period of 30 days or less.
