Deck. The Parties acknowledge that the original Deck was 10’ by 15’ in size, and that the current Deck is 12’ by 20’. The Parties further acknowledge that the Town has no record of a permit being issued for the expansion of the Deck. However, the Town believes that the Deck was expanded towards the water by approximately 2 +/- feet to align with the shoreland side of the dwelling in or around 1995, but acknowledges that the Deck expansion did not reduce the shortest existing non-conforming setback from the shore, and therefore could have been permitted when it was expanded. In light of the overall circumstances on the Property, the Town will not require removal of any portion of the Deck, provided that certain conditions are met as provided in Paragraph 8 below.

Deck. The vessel shall have a xxxxxx bolt (or equivalent) 2 foot by 2 foot deck socket pattern (with no more than 1/8 deviation) that will be used to secure all craft and equipment to the deck for stowage and transit. The deck sockets shall be capable of securing craft and equipment in up to Sea State 8 conditions. The vessel must have sufficient deck strength to load and transport the following within the contiguous open deck space with no less than 5 feet of unobstructed walking space on at least three sides of the equipment:
(1) One Standard Navy Double-Lock Recompression Chamber System (SNDLRCS) including an Air Supply Rack Assembly (ASRA): consists of a standard 20' x 8' x 8' ISO shipping container 25,000 lb. fully loaded.
(2) One Dry Deck Shelter (DDS) Hanger Training System (25’x10’6”x10’4”) weighing up to 28,238.
(3) One (1) Recompression Chamber Life Support Skid (RCLSS) (10ftx 8ft’, 14,000 lbs.)
(4) One (1) Divers launch and recovery stage (man rated) (6ft x10ft x 8ft, 3500lbs manned)
(5) Mission-specific support vans (four (4) 8’x8’x20’ MILVANs, weighing up to 30,000 lbs. each)

Deck. 1. Food is absolutely prohibited at all times on the deck and pool areas. Beverages are permitted only in the designated area behind the line on the west deck.
2. Pool furniture may not be placed in either pool or onto the coping stone areas at any time (the chairs damage them).
3. Radios or recorders are not permitted in the pool area. However, headsets are permitted in the deck area.
4. Street shoes are not permitted on the lower deck of the pool area.
5. Foot showers must be used when entering the pool area from the grassy areas.
Deck. (a) The deck shall be of integral closed hull-deck assembly constructed as per classification society rules with PVC/PUF foam encapsulated FRP construction. A heavy duty washable Anti-Skid Mat of marine standard be fastened/ pasted on top of deck floor. An ‘Engine well/ Bilge Sump’ shall be made below the OBM mount. Additionally, a watertight ‘Battery Compartment’ shall be made beneath deck, if batteries cannot be housed inside command console.
