Deliverable Documents. The Contractor shall, during the performance of this Contract, deliver all documentation and reports specified in Appendix 1, in the format and quantities specified therein. These shall be sent to the Agency’s Technical Officer mentioned in Article 5.1, unless otherwise specified, in accordance with the following specific provisions:

(vi) Employee Waivers signed by each of the Transferred Employees in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Parties;
(vii) A certificate of the Chief Executive Officer of Sellers in favor of Sellers in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Sellers; and

The Contractor shall, during the performance of this Contract, deliver all documentation and reports specified in Part 5 of the Contractor’s proposal, in the format and quantities specified therein. The Subcontractor shall, during the performance of this Contract, deliver all documentation and reports specified in Appendix 1 and in the Subcontractor’s Updated Proposal referred to in Article 1.2 d) above, in the format and quantities specified therein. These shall be sent to the Contractor’s Technical Officer mentioned in Article 6.1, unless otherwise specified, in accordance with the following specific provisions:
