DELIVERY OF WORKS. WSS shall deliver all Deliverables to WDIG promptly upon their completion or the sooner termination of WSS' services hereunder. DELIVERY OF WORKS. After completion of the production, Image Professionals will deliver a suitable and extensive selection of the works which were created during production to the client. The agreed copyrights shall only be deemed to have been granted subject to the proviso that the agreed production has been recognized by the client as fulfilled in accordance with the contract and that Image Professionals has been paid in full and without deduction for its services. The data format of the delivered production shall be decided upon by the parties by mutual agreement. If no agreement was made, Image Professionals can choose a suitable data format and suitable data storage media. With the transmission of the image data to the client, the image material of the production shall be deemed to have been delivered. The client himself must ensure that the image data is kept in a safe place and enough copies have been made in order to prevent a loss of data. Image Professionals will normally keep the transferred image data for a period of six months, but accepts no guarantee for renewed transfer of data to the client.

DELIVERY OF WORKS. The Author commits themselves to deliver the finished Works via e-mail at: xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx The Commissioning Party will notify the Author if they approve the Works within 3 business days upon delivery. If the Works are not approve, the Commissioning Party will send objections to the Works indicating specific defects within 3 business days upon delivery. The Author will implement the relevant corrections within 3 business days, and if the comments are unfounded, the Author will refer to them by an e-mail. After implementing the corrections or after the Author refers to the comments, the Commissioning Party is obliged to take back the Works that the Author has provided. No comments submitted mean that the Works are approved. The same effect is produced by the Commissioning Party failure to specify defects
DELIVERY OF WORKS. Within ten (10) business days after Client's approval of the Final Deliverable, iXL will deliver all Works related to the Client Web Site or other interactive services product developed hereunder to Client. Transfer of electronic materials will be accomplished by copying them to media to be supplied by Client or by modem, FTP transfer, LapLink, or electronic mail transfer. iXL shall maintain its back-ups and one set of the Works provided to Client for a period of six (6) months after Client's approval of the Final Deliverable.
DELIVERY OF WORKS. 1. The supplier will endeavour to complete works under this agreement at agreed dates, however time of completion shall not be the essence of this agreement and thus the supplier will not be held liable for any losses incurred by the client for any such delays.
