Describe Respondent’s Operational Sample Clauses

Describe Respondent’s Operational. Formula to ensure staffing availability for IT Staff Augmentation services. Future staffing requirements are determined by strategic and operational planning efforts. Simultaneously, the staffing model takes current staff data and forecasts what the future staffing needs will be. These two pieces of information are contrasted to determine what the gap or surplus will be. We complete statistical regression analysis by comparing prior sales and staffing levels, compare with historical growth and compared growth projection with staffing needs and forecasts. From this analysis, staffing plans are created and implemented. Finally, the results are measured for efficiency and effectiveness. The proper alignment of participant roles and responsibilities is significant to the model’s success. A shared responsibility between company principals, project leads, and HR professionals is important in identifying the critical human resource issues in strategic and operational plans. We utilize project and resource management tools and solutions to ensure proper scheduling and resource allocation to ensure appropriate levels for the duration of the contract. By analyzing staffing history and comparing with our forecasted staffing needs we can refine our staffing plan accordingly. When new RFQ’s are submitted, staffing levels are reviewed and gaps or excesses are determined. In the event of shortages, recruiting efforts are initiated to ensure appropriate levels are met. Current Staffing Levels – Anticipated Staffing Levels = Staffing Gap or Excess Due to shortages in certain job categories we recognize the benefits of retraining and redeploying current employees and strategic planning to meet future needs. We allow our Customers to improve staff utilization, address critical human resource deficiencies in their organizations by implementing our workforce planning skills and recruiting, developing and deploying the talent required to meet Customer technical staffing needs.
