Terms of MOU. 1. A second story concept (or extending on the first one) for each Member Council is identified and implemented or assistance provided to source external funding to implement.
2. Mechanisms for data collection are identified and begun to be implemented to measure the impact of the Pioneers’ Pathway Self Drive Trail on tourism in the Marketing Our Product
Terms of MOU. The duration of this MOU is for 5 years commencing on January 1, 2020 and ending on December 31 2025 inclusive.
Terms of MOU. The term of this agreement is for the academic school year of 2023/2024 commencing on the effective date through May 30, 2024. The terms of the MOU are as follows:
Terms of MOU a. Each non-probationary Police Communication Shift Supervisor shall be eligible to receive a net Retention Incentive of $1,500 on their anniversary date in position within the Albuquerque Police Department.
b. A Police Communication Shift Supervisor who receives this benefit must agree not to resign from the Department for one (1) year from the date of receipt of the Retention Incentive. Should an employee receive the Retention Incentive and resign within one (1) year from receipt, the employee shall be responsible for repaying the Department the full amount of the Retention Incentive.
c. The $1,500 Retention Incentive shall be paid to each eligible employee on the first full pay period after their individual anniversary date in a separate check.
d. The Retention Incentive shall not be counted as credit with the Public Employee Retirement Association (PERA) for retirement purposes.
e. No employee shall be eligible for more than one Retention Incentive unless this MOU is extended or re-signed.
Terms of MOU. 1. This MOU shall terminate upon the earliest occurrence of any of the following: (i) execution of a proposed contract, (ii) determination that the proposed contract will not be issued, (iii) upon mutual agreement of all Parties; (iv) upon a thirty (30) day written notice of termination by either party to the other; (v) 5 years after execution,

Terms of MOU. 3.1 The terms of this MOU commence on the 1st April 2016 and will end on the 31st March 2019 and will be subject to annual review.
3.2 The parties shall each use reasonable endeavours to resolve any Dispute by means of prompt, bona fide discussion at a managerial level appropriate to the dispute in question. If agreement cannot be reached clause 3.4 can be applied.
3.3 This MOU may only be amended by mutual agreement evidenced in writing by a duly authorised representative from each of ECDC and GCGPEP.
3.4 Either ECDC or GCGPEP may cancel the MOU by giving three months notice in writing to the other.
3.5 This MOU shall be governed by the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts

Parties agreed to the following: ● Reflections will assume project management and related development responsibilities required. ● The appraised value of the Property as of September 2023 was $675,000. ● The Property will be transferred to Reflections to complete development. ● Fund I will receive $290,438 as partial payment in connection for the transfer. ● Fund I will receive $384,562 as preferred return and have ownership in RAL Manager. ● Fund I will benefit from management fees related to RAL Management and the Project. ● Parties acknowledge that the business plan is to hold the asset for an estimated time of 3-6 years, at which point they will be looking to sell. According to the appraisal, the estimated market value of the stabilized asset is $15M.
Terms of MOU. (a) This MOU is effective upon the day and date last signed and executed by the duly authorized representatives of the Parties to this MOU (the “Effective Date”) and shall remain in full force and effect until October 1, 2021;
(b) Customer agrees to enter into an End User License Agreement (XXXX), or other required documents, with Imperva for the WAF solution;
(c) the Parties will cooperate to route Customer’s web traffic through the Imperva WAF via a CNAME record prior to routing to Customer’s web servers;
(d) Customer will utilize white-listing on its network and will add the Imperva IP’s to its white list (the IP white list can be found at: xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/hc/en-us/articles/200627570-Whitelist-Incapsula-IP-addresses-Setting-IP- restriction-rules. CentralSquare suggests following this article for updates as IP’s may change); and
(e) CentralSquare will pay the cost of the Imperva WAF service on behalf of Customer.
Terms of MOU. The Municipality and the New York State Tribute Foundation, Inc. agree that the terms of this MOU, and any services to be provided by the New York State Tribute Foundation, Inc. or its affiliates and volunteers pursuant to this MOU, shall remain confidential between the parties, except to the extent that such information may be required to be divulged pursuant to any statute, law or regulation.
(1) The New York State Tribute Foundation, Inc. volunteers acting pursuant to this MOU or on behalf of the Municipality shall not be considered employees or agents of the Municipality. The New York State Tribute Foundation, Inc. shall establish the eligibility requirements for its volunteers who will provide services pursuant to this MOU.
(2) This MOU contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the matters described herein. There are no other agreements (express or implied), representations, or other matters, written or oral, purportedly agreed to or represented to or on behalf of either the New York State Tribute Foundation, Inc. or the Municipality.
(3) Nothing herein shall confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than the parties hereto.
(4) Nothing herein shall preclude the New York State Tribute Foundation, Inc. from seeking or accepting reimbursement or compensation for its and its volunteers’ services and costs from entities in the private sector.
(5) The Municipality and the New York State Tribute Foundation, Inc. hereby agree that this MOU shall be construed under the laws of the State of New York.
(6) The New York State Tribute Foundation, Inc. and the New York State Funeral Directors Association, Inc., shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for any actions of the volunteers. The volunteers retain the right to determine the method, manner and means by which the services required pursuant to this MOU shall be performed, subject to any rules or guidelines established by the New York State Tribute Foundation, Inc. The volunteer shall only be required to devote such time to the performance of duties under this MOU as the volunteer deems most appropriate to fulfill the volunteer’s obligations under this MOU.
