Usage Policy. You represent and warrant that the owners of the phone numbers (consumer contacts) that you provide to the Company and the Application, to which outbound client messages are transmitted by and through the Application, have provided all requisite consent under applicable laws to receive such messages and broadcasts from you. You agree that you will include clear opt out/unsubscribe information on EVERY client message that you send through the Application. You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur in connection with your account, including without limitation the content of the client messages transmitted by and through the Application. Usage Policy. At or before 60 days of non-use, American Assistance will provide notice to the subscriber that failure to use the Lifeline Services within a 30-day notice period will result in de- enrollment. Subscribers can “use” the Services by: (1) completing an outbound call; (2) purchasing minutes from the Company to add to the subscriber’s plan; (3) answering an incoming call from a party other than American Assistance; or (4) responding to direct contact from American Assistance and confirming that the subscriber wants to continue receiving the service. If the subscriber does not respond to the notice, the subscriber will be de-enrolled. This usage policy applies only to customers who do not have a regular billing relationship with the Company.

Programs must have or must be seeking accreditation from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or the Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA), the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA), or the Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME).
