NursingCAS prohibits any college or university from making an offer to an applicant before they have submitted their application through NursingCAS. Applicants generated to your program via NursingCAS are required to submit their application via NursingCAS should they wish to be considered for admission. The NursingCAS staff reserves the right to deactivate your listing on the application, restrict your access to the system, and withdraw your school from participation should we find that you are in violation of this usage agreement. At or before 30 days of non-use, American Assistance will provide notice to the subscriber that failure to use the Lifeline Services within a 15-day notice period will result in de- enrollment. Subscribers can “use” the Services by: (1) completing an outbound call or using broadband data; (2) purchasing minutes or broadband data from the Company to add to the subscriber’s plan; (3) answering an incoming call from a party other than American Assistance; or

At or before 60 days of non-use, American Assistance will provide notice to the subscriber that failure to use the Lifeline Services within a 30-day notice period will result in de- enrollment. Subscribers can “use” the Services by: (1) completing an outbound call; (2) purchasing minutes from the Company to add to the subscriber’s plan; (3) answering an incoming call from a party other than American Assistance; or (4) responding to direct contact from American Assistance and confirming that the subscriber wants to continue receiving the service. If the subscriber does not respond to the notice, the subscriber will be de-enrolled. This usage policy applies only to customers who do not have a regular billing relationship with the Company.
Usage Policy. 11.1. We offer the following in respect of our bandwidth and server storage use:
(a) bandwidth usage of 3GB data transfer per month; and
(b) high server storage use of a combined website and email hosting service with up to 10GB permitted storage.
11.2. If You are found to be using excessive server resources which affects the performance of the server for other customers, We reserve the right to impose the High Resource User Policy set out in clause 11.2.
11.3. If the High Resource User Policy is imposed, at our discretion We may suspend the Site immediately and until further notice. The exercise of this right is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. We will work with You to find a solution to the excessive use of the server resources with a view to reinstating the Site. If We are unable to agree a solution with You within a reasonable period of time, We have the right to issue a cancellation notice in accordance with clause 7.2.

Programs must notify the NursingCAS team of all accreditation status changes within 1 week via xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. NursingCAS programs which lose accreditation are responsible for notifying applicants immediately of the status change and refunding NursingCAS fees to applicants. NursingCAS will not be responsible for refunding fees to these applicants.
