Changes in Staffing. In the event of a major ongoing change in acuity levels, RN- patient ratios or skill mixes, the Medical Center shall first submit the intended changes to the Nurse Professional Practice Advisory Committee for review and recommendation at least twenty-one (21) days before implementation of any changes. The Committee will be convened within seventy-two (72) hours of notice to its members. This section shall not apply to temporary or day-to-day changes that are a normal condition in Medical Center operations.
Changes in Staffing. The Employer agrees to notify the Union, in writing, when an employee covered by this Agreement is hired, promoted, demoted, transferred, laid-off, recalled, resigns, is suspended or is terminated.

The posting shall include relevant details, as determined by the Employer, regarding the position including required knowledge, skills and abilities, and rate of pay. If the Employer deems it necessary to fill the vacancy for the seven (7) calendar days the Employer may employ temporary employees without posting, provided there is no qualified employee available.
Changes in Staffing. The Site agrees to inform the University of any changes in staffing or in its service program that will affect the clinical experience. In the event that such changes affect the number of Students that it can accept during any one time period, the Site will make every effort to inform the University of such changes at least six (6) weeks in advance of that time period.

The PASSE will inform DHS in writing, and provide updates to the functional organizational chart, related to any changes in personnel in a Key Staff position, including when an employee leaves one of the Key Staff positions listed. The name of the interim contact person should be included with the notification. The name and resume of the permanent employee should be submitted as soon as the new hire has taken place, along with a revised Organization Chart complete with Key Staff.
Changes in Staffing. CITY shall provide COUNTY through SHERIFF thirty days advance notice when requesting changes in staffing. If CITY and SHERIFF agree that changes to the staffing level for Law Enforcement Services are needed and/or agree that staff additions or deletions in CITY are necessary in order to provide adequate levels of Law Enforcement Services in the succeeding contract year, CITY and COUNTY through SHERIFF shall execute and sign an amendment to Attachment B. COUNTY shall delegate the authority to SHERIFF to sign amendments to Attachment B consistent with the intent of this provision after review and approval by County Counsel. The level of service shall not be changed without the mutual consent of the SHERIFF and CITY.
Changes in Staffing. 1. If either party requests a Meet and Confer, as indicated in New Equipment and Changes in Staffing sections above, the parties shall complete the process (including any impasse procedure) within 60 days, unless otherwise extended by mutual agreement. The following appeals procedures are adopted pursuant to Government Code § 3254.5 of the Firefighters Procedural Bill of Rights Act and supersede any personnel rules to the contrary.
Changes in Staffing. Customer acknowledges that Xxxxxx may replace the Consultant at any time upon thirty (30) days prior written notice delivered to Customer's administrator.
