Detective Clothing Allowance. 48.1: Each employee employed as full-time detective will be reimbursed for clothing up to $500 per year, if such reimbursement is not taxable. If the clothing allowance is found to be taxable, it will be increased by 30% to $650 per year to be paid as follows: $325 on the first payday in December and $325 on the first payday in June of each year.
