Development of Online Courses. Faculty members who develop full online courses in the model of the Online College Project per 32.02.H.2 may claim up to 14 hours of compensation at the base hourly rate per course unit.
Development of Online Courses. The first time a course is developed as an online or hybrid course, the Association Member will be given a supplemental contract equal to the course contact hours in the development semester.   • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:
