Discrimination Not Allowed. During the performance of this Agreement, the Contractor agrees that it will comply with all applicable provisions of federal, state and local laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination. Specifically, Contractor warrants that it will fully comply with Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and all other regulations promulgated thereunder. The Contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, disability, national origin, sex, or age. Contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that employment is offered and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, religion, color, disability, national origin, sex, or age. Such action shall include but is not limited to the following: employment, upgrade, demotion or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; lay-off or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection, including apprenticeship.

Not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, handicapped status or disability. Contractor shall take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are treated appropriately during the application process, and that employees are treated without regard to their race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, handicapped status or disability. This shall include, but not limited to the following: employment; upgrading; demotion; transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship; B. Comply with Executive Order 11246, as amended, if applicable, and the rules, regulations and orders of the Secretary of Labor; C. Be responsible for determining the applicability of and compliance with any federal or state regulation enacted pursuant to: Executive Orders; federal legislation or amendments to legislation; and state legislation or amendments to legislation.
