Donated Leave Time. Employees shall be permitted to participate in the City's donated leave time policy under the same terms and conditions that it is offered to the City's unrepresented full-time employees, as that policy may change from time to time.

Donated Leave Time. A. Effective with their 2003-2004 Master Agreement, the Board and Association agree that the Board's present Donated Leave Time policy will be applied to allow Association members to donate up to two (2) accumulated paid leave days annually to other Association members, under the conditions set forth in the policy.
Donated Leave Time. All members of the bargaining unit shall be eligible for donated leave benefits, subject to the terms of this section, to relieve hardship resulting from extended illness or injury to the employee or members of the employee’s immediate family. For purposes of this section, immediate family is defining as: husband, wife, father, mother, son, daughter, xxxxxx children and step children.

  • Donated Leave There shall be a Donated Leave program at each College/University for professional staff and librarians. The procedures for the Donated Leave program will be negotiated between the College/University and the Local Union. This provision shall not apply to Colleges/Universities that already have an established Donated Leave program.

  • Maternity Leave and Parental Leave 8.9.1.1 For the benefits of the Employment Standards Act to apply during the statutory periods set out by the Act, employees must ensure that the appropriate certificate indicated in that Act is signed by a duly qualified medical practitioner and submitted to the appropriate Xxxx or Director.

Members taking their first Sabbatical Leave after a probationary period at The University of Western Ontario shall receive 90.0% of their Base Salary; Members taking their second or subsequent Sabbatical Leave from The University of Western Ontario shall receive 85.0% of their Base Salary.

  • BEREAVEMENT/TANGIHANGA LEAVE 15.1 The employer shall approve special bereavement leave on pay for an employee to discharge any obligation and/or to pay respects to a deceased person with whom the employee has had a close association. Such obligations may exist because of blood or family ties or because of particular cultural requirements such as attendance at all or part of a Tangihanga (or its equivalent). The length of time off shall be at the discretion of the employer.

  • Recall from Vacation Leave Where, during any period of vacation leave, an employee is recalled to duty, such employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Employer, that such employee incurs:
