Graphite works well as a lubricant but can create a xxxx smudge on the door or floor covering beneath the hinge if too much is applied.

Doors and Locks. The tenant will provide landlord with keys for all locks on the Premises, including exterior doors, interior doors, cabinets, mechanical equipment, and restroom accessories. Doors, door jambs, handles, plates, locks, hinges, closers, thresholds, and weather seals shall be functional and in good operating condition, without deterioration, holes or other visible or hidden damage.
Doors and Locks. If the City has not already done so, Operator will install locks on the doors of the Building, and will provide the City with at least two copies of each key for each lock in the Building. Operator will keep doors, windows, and other means of entry to the Building secure during non-operating hours. Upon termination of this Agreement, Operator will surrender all keys to the Building. The City shall be responsible for repairs due to vandalism on the exterior of the building, with the exception of vandalism to any windows installed by Operator.

  • Keys and Locks Landlord will furnish Tenant, free of charge, two keys to each door or lock in the Premises. Landlord may make a reasonable charge for any additional or replacement keys.   • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • STRIKE AND LOCKOUT During the term of this Agreement there shall be no lockout by the Company, and no strike, stoppage of work, or slow-down, either partial or general, authorized by the Union.

  • BOARD AND LODGING (While fighting Company Responsibility Fires) a) Employees who commute from home or camp are expected to ‘carry a lunch’.   • LOCKS AND KEYS The RESIDENT MAY NOT install additional locking devices or other security devices in the PREMISES without the written consent from the MANAGEMENT. If approved, the RESIDENT will supply the MANAGEMENT office with duplicate keys. The RESIDENT shall not alter or modify in any way any locks provided by the MANAGEMENT. The RESIDENT shall be responsible to restore the PREMISES to the exact condition as it was prior to the installation of locks or other security devices and all damages to the PREMISES shall be paid to the MANAGEMENT by the RESIDENT. Upon termination of this LEASE, RESIDENT shall surrender to the MANAGEMENT all keys issued to the PREMISES or be liable for costs incurred to replace the locks and keys.

  • Places of Business and Locations of Records The principal places of business and chief executive office of such Seller Party and the offices where it keeps all of its Records are located at the address(es) listed on Exhibit III or such other locations of which the Agent has been notified in accordance with Section 7.2(a) in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 14.4(a) has been taken and completed.
