STUDENT ACCESS. 12.1 4CD and the COLLEGE certify that the execution of this Agreement will not reduce access to courses offered at the COLLEGE, that courses included in this Agreement are not oversubscribed, and that students participating in this Agreement will not result in enrollment displacement of otherwise eligible adults at the COLLEGE. Sec. 2 (k)(l-3). 12.2 The CCAP Agreement Appendix specifies scheduling and enrollment protocols to be observed by 4CD and the COLLEGE to ensure compliance with 12.1. Sec. 2 (k)(1-3).

STUDENT ACCESS. Students shall be admitted into the building at a time set by the building administrator. Employees shall not have a direct responsibility for students in the building prior to the Employeesassigned time responsibility. Each employee may permit students in his/her room prior to his/her assigned time responsibility and will be directly responsible for the students and the contents of such room. If an employee wishes, he/she may secure his/her room when it is not in use. The room may be opened at night and secured by the custodial staff before the students arrive in the morning.
STUDENT ACCESS. A. ACCESS TO MSU AND CC FACILITIES LCC students who are admitted to the MSU RN-BSN program and who are enrolled at MSU will be granted those privileges and accesses provided to all enrolled MSU students including, but not limited to, housing, commuter parking, libraries, student organizations, athletic facilities and tickets, etc. Students will be eligible for LCC student privileges when enrolled at LCC. Students will be expected to abide by the rules and regulations of both institutions. Students will be required, as a condition of admission to the Program, to agree that their educational records as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and its implementing regulations may be disclosed by MSU and LCC to each other.
STUDENT ACCESS. Students should normally visit the Computer Office before school, during recess, lunch time or after school (until 4.00pm). At all other times a note from their teacher (which will only be issued in extreme circumstances) is required. If the technician is unavailable, students should return to class.
STUDENT ACCESS a. 4CD and the COLLEGE shall abide by the following protocols to ensure that a community college course offered for college credit at the participating SCHOOL DISTRICT does not reduce access to the same course offered at the partnering COLLEGE. Sec. 2 (k)(1) • The COLLEGE shall not reduce the frequency or number of a community college course(s) at the COLLEGE as a result of offering the same course(s) for college credit at the participating SCHOOL DISTRICT. • Example: Courses that are typically offered one time per academic year at the COLLEGE will continue to be offered at the same frequency, even if the course is simultaneously offered for college credit at the participating SCHOOL DISTRICT. b. 4CD and the COLLEGE shall abide by the following protocols to ensure that a community college course that is oversubscribed or has a waiting list shall not be offered or included in this Agreement. Sec. 2 (k)(2) • The COLLEGE shall analyze historical fill-rate data in order to determine which courses are eligible for inclusion in this Agreement. Eligible courses are those that regularly have open seats at census when offered at the COLLEGE. • The COLLEGE shall monitor waitlists for courses scheduled to be offered for college credit at the participating SCHOOL DISTRICT. • In the event that a course included in this agreement and scheduled to be offered for college credit at the participating SCHOOL DISTRICT has a waitlist one week prior to the census date, the COLLEGE will employ standard institutional enrollment management strategies to determine whether an additional section will be offered at the COLLEGE. • If a community college course included in this Agreement is determined to be oversubscribed at the census date, and equivalent courses are simultaneously oversubscribed at other 4CD colleges, the course will not be included in future Agreements until the COLLEGE can ensure additional capacity for otherwise eligible adults at the COLLEGE. c. 4CD and the COLLEGE shall abide by the following protocols to ensure that the Agreement is consistent with the core mission of the COLLEGE pursuant to Section 66010.4, and that students participating in this Agreement will not lead to enrollment displacement of otherwise eligible adults at the COLLEGE. Sec. 2

Each Building/Unit Council shall develop, when necessary, procedures for supervising students when, due to inclement weather and/or other emergencies, they are admitted into the building prior to the time employees are required to be at their respective place of assignment. The procedures shall include, but not be limited to, the following guidelines: a. A minimum number of employees shall be required to supervise students at any given time. b. Students will be admitted into the building prior to the regular time only when inclement weather and/or other emergency conditions exist. c. The supervision shall take place within the limits set forth in Article 12, Section K., of this Agreement. 3. Each Building/Unit Council may request the Executive Council to review the building procedures.

STUDENT ACCESSI understand that access to the MCGHI clinical system and patient data (electronic protected health information) is being provided to me for internal (within MCGHI facilities) access only. Any attempt to retrieve or transport information outside of the medical facility will be considered a breach of this agreement and subject to disciplinary actions as stated above.
