DRIVER ELIGIBILITY. Contractor shall meet all of the below driver eligibility requirements: 1. A minimum age of twenty-five (25) years. 2. Possession of a valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle to be operated, issued by the resident state of the driver. 3. No record of a citation or conviction for the violations listed below during the sixty (60) consecutive months (five years) prior to the date of engagement: a. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. b. Refusal to submit to a test of intoxication or impairment requested by a law enforcement officer. c. Operating a motor vehicle, which contains alcoholic beverages in open containers contrary to law. d. Being charged with a homicide resulting from the unlawful or negligent operation of a motor vehicle. e. Operating a motor vehicle while the driver’s licenses was suspended, cancelled or expired. f. Failing to stop or remain at the scene of an accident. g. Driving a motor vehicle in a speed exhibition, contest or drag race. h. Use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony. i. Dangerous or careless operation of a motor vehicle, whether causing harm to another person or not. j. Operating a motor vehicle without the permission of the owner. k. Fleeing or attempting to flee a law enforcement officer. 4. No record of involvement in an at fault traffic accident resulting in a person’s death or bodily injury. 5. No record of involvement in more than two (2) at fault traffic accidents and two (2) moving violations in any vehicle in the sixty (60) consecutive months prior to the date of engagement. 6. No record of involvement in more than one (1) at fault traffic accident and three (3) moving violations in any vehicle in the sixty (60) consecutive months prior to the date of engagement. 7. No record of conviction for more than four (4) motor vehicle moving violations in any vehicle in the sixty (60) consecutive months prior to the date of engagement. 8. Completion of a suitable contractor/driver information sheet. 9. Evidence of a valid driver’s license.

DRIVER ELIGIBILITY. 23.9.1.1. A school bus driver with less than ninety (90) working days of continuous employment by the District shall not be assigned to activity trips. 23.9.1.2. Bus drivers signing up for activity trip rotation for the first time are required to have been employed by the District as a route driver for at least ninety (90) continuous working days. During the ninety- (90-) day period they need to pass a driving skills test administered by the Route Supervisor.
DRIVER ELIGIBILITY. Section 46.1 In order to be eligible to drive a county owned vehicle or to receive mileage reimbursement, each employee shall submit evidence upon request that there is in effect for his/her motor vehicle liability insurance that meets Ohio Revised Code minimums. Said insurance shall remain in effect on any day on which the employee drives on department business. Section 46.2 The privilege of driving a motor vehicle on department business shall be conditional upon having a valid Ohio Driver's license. It is recognized the Employer has an interest in keeping department insurance premium costs down. All employees shall be required to attend the County Defensive Driving Course during paid work hours and at the agency expense.
DRIVER ELIGIBILITY. The Vehicle may be driven only by You and any Authorized Driver who is named on Face Page and who has been instructed on the proper use of the Vehicle. These are the only “authorized driverswho may drive the Vehicle. Operation by an unauthorized driver voids any and all coverages and waivers. You and each Authorized Driver agree and acknowledge that You are: (a) at least twenty-five (25) years old (although Provider may have a different age requirement for rental of certain vehicles); (b) have at least two (2) years’ driving experience; (c) have no major violations or alcohol/drug related incidents in the past three years; (d) have no more than two violations or accidents combined in the past three years; (e) have been licensed to drive for at least two years and be in possession of a valid driver’s license (you may be required to provide a copy of Your driver’s license when renting a vehicle); and (f) have a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, or American Express credit or charge card. By entering into this Agreement You agree to provide documentation to Provider at any time to confirm Your eligibility. If You have a foreign driver’s license, You will be required to supply additional documentation (including an English translation of such license) and deposit to confirm Your eligibility.
DRIVER ELIGIBILITY. 4.1 The Renter must (i) hold an original driving license valid in Albania, in Latin characters and valid for the type of category of the Vehicle, for at least 1 (one) year and (ii) be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old. 4.2 The Renter must also present a valid mean of identification (e.g. passport or ID) as proof of identity and proof of age. 4.3 To ensure safe and lawful operation of the Vehicle, Rentzo requires all drivers to possess a valid driver's license meeting specific criteria. The license must be: A. Valid for the entire Rental Period. The Renter shall not drive with an expired license for the entire Rental Period; B. Translated if necessary. For licenses issued in languages other than Albanian or English, an official translation document might be requested. The Renter is responsible for obtaining and presenting this translation at the time of rental. 4.4 During the Rental Period, the Renter shall make sure not to drive the Vehicle with a suspended or revoked driving license. Rentzo reserves the right to refuse rentals to individuals in such situations or terminate the Agreement if this situation overcomes during the Rental Period. 4.5 If the Renter is a company, he must hold (i) the certificate of incorporation, (ii) the authorized driver from the company which must comply with Paragraph 4.1 above and

DRIVER ELIGIBILITY. 2.1 You agree and acknowledge that: (a) only You will drive the Vehicle; (b) You have not within the three years prior to the Rental Period on Part A been convicted of an offence relating to driving a vehicle: (i) under the influence of alcohol or drugs; or (ii) with a blood alcohol level over any legal limit; (c) You are 21 years of age or over (higher age limits may apply on some vehicle classes). You must hold a valid current unrestricted motor vehicle driver’s licence for the particular class of vehicle hired (learners permits and provisional or probationary licences are not acceptable) unless written permission has been granted by Omega Car Rentals when establishing a Corporate Account; and (d) You have not been refused nor had any motor vehicle insurance cancelled for any reason within the three years prior to the Rental Period on Part A. (e) Your driver’s licence must be written in English or is an international driver’s licence translated in English.
