Duration of Memorandum. The Memorandum of Understanding will take effect from the date of its signature and shall continue for three years unless it is terminated by the giving of three months' notice by either Party. It may be extended on mutual agreement of both Parties. Upon termination, both Parties agree that the termination shall not affect the validity and duration of any arrangements, activities or projects unless mutually agreed, in writing, between both Parties.
Duration of Memorandum. 1. Except as specifically provided otherwise, any ordinance, resolution or action of the City Council necessary to implement this MOU shall be considered effective as of July 1, 2015. This MOU shall remain in full force and effect until December 31, 2018, and the provisions of this MOU shall continue after the date of expiration of this MOU in the event the parties are meeting and conferring on a successor MOU.
Duration of Memorandum. The specific modifications in this document shall be made applicable on the dates indicated upon the approval of the Board of Directors; and these modifications relating to wages, hours and conditions of employment shall remain unchanged for the period of January 1st 2020 through December 31st 2022 unless such changes are the result of mutual agreement.
Duration of Memorandum. This Memorandum shall be in effect from the date first above written until and inclusive of the end of the fiscal year of Japan in which the Memorandum is concluded. The effect of the Memorandum shall be extended automatically to another fiscal year, unless a written objection is issued either by NII or by USER more than one month before the expiration date of the Memorandum. This shall apply to consecutive fiscal years as well. If the term is not renewed, after expiration of the term, USER shall promptly delete DATA from any computer or media onto which it has been copied. In addition, if Representative or the affiliation of Representative is changed, USER shall report the change to NII without delay and, if necessary, shall sign another Memorandum.
Duration of Memorandum. 1. This Memorandum shall be in effect when executed by the Parties and shall remain effective for a period of five (5) years or until cancelled or terminated by either Party as provided for in this Memorandum.

Amendments may be made at any time by a written mutual agreement signed and dated by authorized representatives of the parties. A party seeking to terminate this memorandum shall serve upon the other party written notice of such desire not later than 30 days prior to any proposed termination. This memorandum of understanding shall expire December 31, 2015, subject to good faith negotiations to extend the agreement for additional 5 year periods.
