Duty/Responsibility. All Employees must diligently perform all duties and responsibilities of their employment in accordance with the Employee’s classification. It is understood that due to the changing environment that there is a need for workplace flexibility. Therefore the work Employees are engaged in may need to change to reflect the working environment during the life of the employment relationship. Should changes occur they will be managed through a process of consultation, due consideration of the Employee’s skill and competence levels and an acknowledgment that additional training will be provided if required. Employees may be required to travel and spend time away from their allocated job site for extended periods as a requirement of the job.

The employee agrees to diligently and faithfully perform all the duties and responsibilities of their employment in accordance with the guidelines set out by the employer and such other duties, as may reasonably be required by the employer, from time to time. Employees agree to: Devote the whole of the employee’s working time and attention and use the employee’s best endeavours to further the development, reputation and business of the Company; To observe all lawful directions, orders, instructions and policies (as varied from time to time) of the Company, and Not to be directly or indirectly involved or engaged in work for or provide services to any other company, business or individual, whether paid or otherwise, which may in any way conflict with the interests of the Company, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.

(a) Sunstate may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training consistent with the classification of the NSW Transport Industry – Motor Bus Drivers and Conductors Award State, provided that such duties are not designed to promote de skilling.

Duty/Responsibility. Both parties agree that the business has special needs relating to its size and that there is a need for the parties to be reasonable and flexible in their conduct. In order to further the development, reputation and business of the company, the employee is required to diligently and faithfully observe all lawful directions in accordance with the position description and such other duties as may be reasonably required. The employer undertakes to provide a safe, clean and hygienic workplace and the necessary equipment for the work required of the employee. While on the company’s premises and/or representing the company, the employee is required to abide by all company policies and procedures.
Duty/Responsibility. Both parties agree to recognise that the business has special needs relating to its small size and seven day trading and that there is a need for the parties to be reasonable and flexible in their conduct. The employee is required to diligently and faithfully observe all lawful directions and such other duties as may be reasonably required. The employee is required to dress and behave in an appropriate manner whilst on the company’s premises and/or representing the company. The employer agrees to take all reasonable steps and precautions to provide a safe and secure workplace for the employee and for any property of the employee that may legally and reasonably be brought on to the employer’s property.

Accordingly, it should be viewed as a guide to the Employees duties with Depco Drilling and not as a document that will restrict the Employee’s duties to what the Position Description details. Depending on business requirements Employees may be required to work at another location or another drilling rig. The Employer reserves the right to allocate its resources (including Employees) to suit the client’s needs.
