Educational Version. The Educational Version of the Program (an “Educational Version”) may be licensed only by educational institutions that meet the applicable qualifications as set forth on the Program packaging or on the xxxx://xx.xxxx.xxx/us/about-us/education website. If the Program is an Educational Version, You may authorize the licensed number of individual educational users to use the Program only for their personal educational purposes.
Educational Version. When we discount the Software or Service as for special use by educational users then we refer to it as an "Educational Version". You may only use the Educational Version if you meet the eligibility requirements stated at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/register-buy/edu-discounts.html. You may install and use Educational Version only in the country where you are qualified as an educational user. If you reside in the European Economic Area, then the word "country" in the sentence preceding this one means the European Economic Area.
Educational Version. If this Software is an educational version, you may use it only for the purpose of training and instruction, and for no other commercial, professional, or for-profit purposes. The product may be used for twelve (12) months (except where obtained under a lease or rental agreement refer to 1.8)

To purchase the Software at a reduced license fee you must be a Qualified Educational Institution, which is either: (a) a University or College licensed by the appropriate authority, or (b) a kindergarten through twelfth grade (“K-12”) educational institution licensed by the appropriate authority; or a full or part-time student, faculty, or administrator at a Qualified Educational Institution. If you purchase an educational version of the Software at the reduced price, you may not use the Software for a non-educational purpose or sell or transfer it to a non-educator user.
Educational Version. If this Software is identified as Educational Version, you may Use it only for the purpose of training and instruction as an active instructor using Ilexsoft Software in your course, classroom or lab, or as an actively enrolled student using Ilexsoft Software for educational purposes only. You may not use it for commercial, professional, or for-profit purpose, nor use any of the files created with this license for any commercial purposes. You may not use it in the business of the institution, such as facilities management. If the License comprises a period of validity, upon its expiration the Software will cease operations. @Lab License: You may Install and Use this Software on the computers of the Institution up to the Permitted Number. @Lab Licenses may also identify the Software as Network Version and be subject to the terms and conditions described in paragraph 2.7. @Home License: You may Install and Use this Software on your own home and office computers provided the two copies of Software are not being used at the same time. The use of both Educational versions is bound to the terms of the Educational license and to the terms of this XXXX where applicable.
