ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION AND SERVICE. As part of the Base Building or shelf condition work, Landlord shall provide an electrical distribution and service system as follows: (a) All power shall be provided to ONTRACK’s initial space by a dedicated, separately metered switchboard with surge suppression. (b) Basic electrical service of 480/277 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 60 cycles through a grounded switchboard suitable for such service. The electrical service conductor and switchboard shall be oversized 20% to anticipate possible growth in future requirements. Switchboard devices shall be selectively coordinated with a ground fault protection system. (c) Distribution voltages shall be 480/277 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire for fluorescent lighting and motors 1/2 horsepower and larger; and 120/208 volts, 4 wire, 3 phase for receptacle circuits, small motors and incandescent lighting. Landlord shall provide all required transformers and an enclosed pad area where the transformers are located adjacent to the building. (d) The electrical service shall be sized to provide a minimum of eight (8) wxxxx per rentable square foot for ONTRACK’s lighting and receptacles in all areas (other than ONTRACK’s clean room where additional power may be required), excluding HVAC equipment, special systems, miscellaneous electrical loads and elevator equipment requirements. All of ONTRACK’s power shall be separately metered. (e) Power which serves HVAC equipment, special systems, miscellaneous electrical loads and electrical equipment must be a separate distribution riser which is not part of the lighting and receptacle bus duct. (f) Distribution shall be to one electrical room for approximately each 15,000 square feet of rentable area. Each electrical room shall be connected to each other electrical room by suitable ducts or conduit. Each electrical room must be provided with an exhaust system. (g) Circuit breaker panelboards shall be located in each electrical room (at least one per 40,000 rentable square feet) to serve electrical loads and the portion of the leased premises on the floor as follows: (1) Provide one 480/277 volt panelboard in each electrical room. Each panelboard shall have 100 amp main breaker and provision for at least 42 one pole bolt on breakers. Panelboard shall include at least one 20 amp circuit breaker per 500 square feet of usable space (exclusive of the 20% growth requirement). ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION AND SERVICE. As part of the Building Shell work, Landlord shall provide an electrical service system as follows: (a) Provide electrical service 277/480 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 60 cycles through panelboards suitable for such service. (b) Distribution voltages shall be 277/480 volts, 4 wire, 3 phase for fluorescent lighting and integral horsepower motors; and 102/208 volts 4 wire, 3 phase for receptacle circuits, fractional horsepower motors and limited incandescent lighting. (c) The electrical service provided by the electric user system shall be 3.0 wattx xxx 277 volts and 2.5 wattx xxx 120 volts per Rentable Square Foot for Tenant's lighting and receptacles only. (d) Circuit breaker panelboards shall be located on each floor to serve electrical loads and the portion of the leased premises on the flow as follows: (1) 480/277 volt panelboards shall be 20 AMP circuit size and have at least 30 circuit breakers and 12 spaces for 20 AMP/single pole circuit breakers. (2) 120/208 volt panelboards shall be 10 AMP circuit size and have at least 30 circuit breakers and 12 spaces for 20 AMP/single pole circuit breakers. Distribution of the electrical service via an electrical empty conduit system installed in the ceiling space carrying power from the panelboards to the Tenant, spaced throughout the leased premises, shall be at Landlord's cost. Landlord shall pay for building standard costs of electrical connections from the junction boxes on 277 volts lighting and wire from conduit stubs to electrical room on 120/208 volts system for distribution and outlets servicing the tenant premises.
ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION AND SERVICE. Tenant accepts the electrical system in as-is/where is condition. JANITORIAL Landlord reserves the right to modify these specifications upon notice to Tenant. Landlord will maintain janitorial specifications consistent with those of Comparable Buildings in the Midtown Tulsa area.

(c) The electrical service provided by the electrical user system will be a minimum of six xxxxx per usable square foot for BMC's lighting and receptacles only, excluding HVAC equipment, special systems, and elevator equipment requirements. (d) Landlord will provide and install distribution grid from panelboards to junction boxes in the ceiling to accommodate plug in pigtails (manufactured wiring system). Junction boxes will be located on a grid with boxes located at ten foot intervals in each direction. (e) Circuit breaker panelboards will be located on each floor to serve electrical loads and the portion of the leased premises on the floor as follows: (1) 480/277 volt panelboards will be a 20 amp circuit size with bolt-on type breakers, and will include at least one circuit breaker per 500 square feet of usable space. (2) 120/208 volt panelboards will be a 20 amp circuit size with bolt-on type breakers, and will include at least one circuit breaker per 500 square feet of usable space. 120/208 volt panelboards will include an oversized neutral.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution Voice Grade (USLD-VG) is a copper sub- loop facility from the cross-box in the field up to and including the point of demarcation at the End User’s premises and may have load coils.

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.

  • Distribution of UDP and TCP queries DNS probes will send UDP or TCP “DNS test” approximating the distribution of these queries.

  • Contract Distribution The Employer will provide all current and new employees with a link to the new Agreement. Each department or unit will maintain a paper copy of the contract accessible to all employees.

  • Distribution Services 3.1. Distributor will have the right, as agent for the Fund, to enter into dealer agreements with responsible investment dealers, and to sell Shares to such investment dealers against orders therefor at the public offering price (as defined below) stated in the Fund’s effective Registration Statement on Form N-2 under the 1940 Act and the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), including the then-current prospectus and statement of additional information (the “Registration Statement”). Upon receipt of an order to purchase Shares from a dealer with whom Distributor has a dealer agreement, Distributor will promptly cause such order to be filled by the Fund. 3.2. Distributor will also have the right, as agent for the Fund, to sell such Shares to the public against orders therefor at the public offering price (as defined below) and in accordance with the Registration Statement. 3.3. Distributor will also have the right to take, as agent for the Fund, all actions which, in Distributor’s reasonable judgment, are necessary to carry into effect the distribution of the Shares. 3.4. The “public offering price” for the Shares of the Fund shall be the net asset value (“NAV”) of the Shares then in effect, plus any applicable sales charge determined in the manner set forth in the Registration Statement or as permitted by the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations promulgated by the SEC or other applicable regulatory agency or self-regulatory organization under the oversight of the SEC. In no event shall any applicable sales charge exceed the maximum sales charge permitted by the Rules of FINRA. 3.5. The NAV of the Shares of the Fund shall be determined in the manner provided in the Registration Statement, and when determined shall be applicable to transactions as provided for in the Registration Statement. The NAV of the Shares shall be calculated by the Fund or by another entity on behalf of the Fund. Distributor shall have no duty to inquire into or liability for the accuracy of the NAV per Share as calculated. 3.6. On every sale, the Fund shall receive the applicable NAV of the Shares promptly, but in no event later than the third business day following the date on which Distributor shall have received an order for the purchase of the Shares. 3.7. Upon receipt of purchase instructions, Distributor will transmit such instructions to the Fund or its transfer agent for the issuance and registration of the Shares purchased. 3.8. Distributor, as agent of and for the account of the Fund, may repurchase the Shares at such prices and upon such terms and conditions as shall be specified in the Registration Statement. 3.9. Distributor shall maintain membership with the National Securities Clearing Corporation (“NSCC”) and any other similar successor organization to sponsor a participant number for the Fund so as to enable the Shares to be traded through FundSERV. The Distributor shall not be responsible for any operational matters associated with FundSERV or networking transactions. 3.10. Distributor will review all proposed advertising materials and sales literature for compliance with Applicable Law and shall file such materials with appropriate regulators as required by current laws and regulations. Distributor agrees to furnish the Fund with any comments provided by regulators with respect to such materials. 3.11. Distributor shall prepare or cause to be prepared reports for the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Fund regarding its activities under this Agreement as reasonably requested by the Board.

  • Overtime Distribution The Employer and the Union will discuss Departmental or agency specific overtime distribution policies at the Departmental or agency level. The Employer agrees to follow its existing overtime distribution policies until changed as a result of Employer/Union negotiation.

  • COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2022-23, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2024-25 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2024, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.

  • Residual Distributions If the Liquidation Preference has been paid in full to all holders of Designated Preferred Stock and the corresponding amounts payable with respect of any other stock of the Issuer ranking equally with Designated Preferred Stock as to such distribution has been paid in full, the holders of other stock of the Issuer shall be entitled to receive all remaining assets of the Issuer (or proceeds thereof) according to their respective rights and preferences.

  • Distribution System The Transmission Owner’s facilities and equipment used to transmit electricity to ultimate usage points such as homes and industries directly from nearby generators or from interchanges with higher voltage transmission networks which transport bulk power over longer distances. The voltage levels at which Distribution Systems operate differ among areas. Distribution Upgrades – The additions, modifications, and upgrades to the Transmission Owner’s Distribution System at or beyond the Point of Interconnection to facilitate interconnection of the Small Generating Facility and render the transmission service necessary to effect the Interconnection Customer’s wholesale sale of electricity in interstate commerce.
