Electronic Grievance Form a) The parties agree to use the electronic version of the ONA grievance form at Appendix 1 of the Hospital Central Agreement.
Electronic Grievance Form. The parties agree to use the electronic version of the O.N.A. Grievance Form as provided at Appendix 1 of the Hospital Central Agreement. Electronic Grievance Form. The parties agree to utilize an electronic version of the grievance form that involves a process for signing of the grievance provided that there is no cost to the Employer. The implementation of the use of an electronic grievance form shall be on a trial basis. In the event that either party becomes dissatisfied with the use of the electronic grievance form the parties shall meet within seven (7) business days (unless the parties agree otherwise) to discuss the dissatisfied party’s concerns. In the event that a mutually agreeable solution cannot be achieved the trial may be cancelled upon providing thirty (30) days written notice of a desire to do so.
