Eligibility for FMLA Leave. In order to be eligible for a FMLA leave of absence the employee must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the FMLA and FMLA regulations. For instance, an employee must have worked for the Employer for at least one (1) year and worked at least one thousand two hundred and fifty (1250) hours in the previous twelve (12) consecutive months prior to the date the leave is requested.

Eligibility for FMLA Leave. Any Teacher Aide, Teacher Assistant, or Nurse Aide who has worked full time for the Xxxxx Central School District or who has been in paid status during the 12 months immediately preceding commencement of leave, is deemed to be eligible regardless of the number of hours in his/her full-time work year.

  • Eligibility for Leave All regular full-time employees shall be eligible for paid leave.
