Emergency Release Time. Any employee reporting for work on his/her regular scheduled time who is sent home by his/her supervisor through no fault of the employee shall be paid for all time worked. If the employee works less than four (4) hours he/she shall receive four (4) hours pay at the employee's regular rate of pay. Only hours actually worked will be included for the computation of overtime.
Emergency Release Time. Supervisors may grant non-flexible schedule staff members up to one hour of time released from duty, without docking, in emergency/hardship circumstances. Supervisors will note on the sign-in sheet when release time has been granted. Any release time must be made up within 1 month.
