Emergency Work Premium. Emergency work other than the normal scheduled shift or 6 special schedule and/or shift not enumerated in Articles 5 or 6 will be credited as such and will be 7 compensated as overtime. In the event this overtime work is accomplished prior to the normal 8 working hours and the employee subsequently works their regular shift, the regular shift will be 9 compensated at the employee’s base, hourly rate of pay.
