Employability Workshops. The Contractor shall include employability workshop for program participants attending Job Club. Workshops shall focus on the skills and knowledge that a participant will need to find a job and succeed in the world of work. Workshops will incorporate numerous opportunities for participants to partake in individual and group class discussions, presentations, and experiential exercises. The Contractor shall design these workshops to accommodate participants with a wide range of reading and math levels and abilities.
