EMPLOYEE AWARENESS. All current employees will be given a copy of this enterprise agreement with any further employees receiving a copy on commencement.
EMPLOYEE AWARENESS. All current Employees will be given a copy of this Agreement as part of the Agreement making process. All future Employees, upon commencement, will be provided with a copy of this Agreement.
EMPLOYEE AWARENESS a) The Company must ensure that copies of this Agreement, the BCGOA and the NES are available to all Employees to whom they apply either on a noticeboard which is conveniently located at or near the workplace or through electronic means, whichever makes them more accessible or made available (whether in hard copy or through electronic means) to an Employee within a reasonable time following a request by the Employee.
b) All current Employees will be given a copy of this Agreement, along with all future Employees upon commencement.
c) To assist new employees in familiarising themselves with this Agreement, new Employees will be given the contact details of the Union Delegate upon engagement. The Union Delegate(s) will be advised of the engagement of new employees.
EMPLOYEE AWARENESS. A copy of this Agreement will be held by the Company supervisor and will be made available on request.
EMPLOYEE AWARENESS. Employee(s) will be provided with a copy of this Agreement. The Company will additionally ensure that a copy of this Agreement is available on-site for ready access by Employees.
EMPLOYEE AWARENESS. (1) The Retailer must use its best endeavours to ensure its employees, agents and contractors or any subcontractor do not access, use, disclose or retain Personal Information except as required in performing their duties of employment or contractual arrangements and that they otherwise treat that information as though they were bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cwlth).
(2) The Retailer must ensure that any employee, agent or contractor of the Retailer or any subcontractor, requiring access to any Personal Information held in connection with this Agreement:
(a) is aware that they must not access, use, disclose or retain Personal Information except in performing their duties of employment or contractual obligations; and
(b) is informed that failure to comply with this undertaking may be a criminal offence and may also lead the Retailer to take disciplinary action against the employee or subcontractor.
EMPLOYEE AWARENESS. Supplier is required to ensure that personnel are aware of:
1. Their contribution to product or service conformity.
2. The importance of ethical behavior.
3. Their contribution to product safety.
EMPLOYEE AWARENESS. The City shall notify employees of this section of the MOU by providing a copy upon hire. Each employee shall be required to certify his or her understanding of the requirements of this section by signing an Acknowledgment and returning the acknowledgment within thirty (30) days of hire. Employees employed by the city at the time of adoption of this MOU shall be provided a copy of this section and be required to sign an Acknowledgment of this section and return said Acknowledgement within thirty (30) days to Human Resources.
EMPLOYEE AWARENESS. The Seller must ensure that their employees are aware of their contribution to product or service conformity, their contribution to product safety, and the importance of ethical behaviour.
EMPLOYEE AWARENESS a. Employee(s) will be provided with a copy of this Agreement at the commencement of their employment.
